To close our order, we did NOT get "my pleasure", even when the food was delivered to our table by the same shift leader.That did not take away from the setting(fresh flowers at every table), the speed, or quality of the food. Chik fil a sets a high standard and this was the 1 st and hopefully, only failure.“

And when the staff makes an effort to remember your name, greet you as you walk through the door, and all the way down to remembering your order...that speaks volumes! “I used to like El Pollo Loco a lot for their fresh salsas and of course the chicken. But these days I find myself eating there less and less because everything is prepackaged (except chicken) and the vibe is just not as good. I got the 4 piece chicken as the pieces are not big with extra tortillas and only 1 choice of salsa. The chicken was a little dry, but I still liked it. The store was pretty cold inside (it was December) and the restrooms were clean. The counter service was ok but not great. I miss the old days a lot.“
“We visited this location for dinner on 5/13, and it didn't disappoint. The food was hot, freshly prepared, and very tasty. Our cashier, Jeffrey, provided incredible customer service. He was kind, considerate, and extremely helpful. With great food and a wonderful staff, we'll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend!“
“Accessibility: there is a drive thru as well as accessible/handicap parking and a ramp to get onto the sidewalk. The doors to enter are pull doors. The ordering screen in the drive-thru where you tell the person in the box what you want is REALLY difficult to hear and understand, even for someone without hearing issues, so be aware of that.Experience: the drive-thru is also pretty fast because they are never super busy. The most busy I've seen them, there were two cars in line in front of me. The food is also hot, but sometimes too greasy for me. Employees are all nice!“
“This is definitely one of the best Korean fried chicken places I’ve been to since I actually lived in Korea! Everything is cooked to perfection, the portions are generous, and the pickled radishes are on par with any banchan in Korea. The service is great — it seems to be a family run restaurant that treats its staff and customers right. Get some spicy fried chicken, grab a bottle of Cass or soju, and you’ll feel like you’re back in Seoul“

“I’ve truly never had a bad experience here. I stop here often, but most recently was the trip that prompted this 5 star review. I stopped in with my husband, niece and two nephews. I was tired and it had been a long day but every member of the staff that I encountered brought a smile to my face with their words/actions and it felt so refreshing to be surrounded by kind people. The food as always was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. My husband and I enjoyed having a quick dinner with our niece and nephews who were just over the moon about the mac n cheese and the play place.“
