“We were pleasantly surprised with the food choices and the beer selection. The beer I wanted to try was not on tap but all other beers met our expectations. The falafel plate was great, as well as all the burgers we ordered. Fries, potato salad, and side salad were fresh. The place was not crowded on Friday night after sunset when all the golfers were gone, I guess. Google maps routed us through some back alley but we found the main road on the way out. They have a special spicy sauce that you can ask for and is (I believe) imported because I haven't been able to find it.The restaurant is always clean and is family owned. “My go to for lunch whenever I'm working in this area. I always order the Saaj wrap with falafel or chicken shawafel with all the fixings and it always hits the spot. The many options for fresh ingredients to add to your wrap or bowl is one of the many things I love about Saaj. The green sauce is a must! Not to mention, each meal comes with a warm lentil soup, which is great way to start any meal. The lady that works here provides genuinely, friendly service and is informative if you have any questions. My only wish is that they had a location closer to where I reside in Fairfield!“

“My first time here for lunch. A two-item combo plate is reasonably priced. I ordered sashimi with teriyaki salmon. The three slices of sashimi were salmon, tuna and yellowtail. Yellowtail had a dallop of ground ginger/garlic which greatly enhanced the taste. I found it amazing that the chef paid attention to such small portion of a lunch. My friend who ordered Hamachi Kama said the portion was the largest she ever seen in the area. It was delicious, too.“

So whenever we came to Poke Don (because my wife loves poke), I'd always opt for the cooked "poke bake." Which is basically like a whole bowl of a deconstructed Lion King roll. And I loved it. For years, I had the poke bake. And it'd be enough if this review ended here. I'd probably give it 5 stars based on their poke bake alone - because I can eat it (since it's cooked) and I enjoy it. But one time, I DID decide to try a regular poke bowl. With little to no raw fish, of course. Unagi, tamago, fake crab, real crab - there's definitely a way to do it. Except I put in one scoop of raw salmon. And to my surprise, I actually didn't mind the blend of everything (including the salmon) with the sauce, rice, and toppings. Even I was shocked that I liked it. Since that day, I'm able to mix up my orders. Sometimes I'll stick with the ol' reliable - the poke bake. And sometimes, I'll get an actual poke bowl - of course with unagi and crab meat. Well, and maybe 2 scoops of salmon too.“

“If you're reading my review of C Casa San Ramon, I'd first like to say that I hope you and yours are happy and well, and that I promise you that you won't be disappointed. I ask that you please forgive me, if you feel that it's long, because I have so much that I'd like to share, and I ask, that you please don't desecrate my heartfelt review with any notion that I'm not being honest, or was paid. I'm a retired young old man, and I enjoy spending my meager pension on meals with my sweetheart Rene'e, she's the air that I breathe, so I'm very selective about where I spend my pennies. There are many reasons why C Casa San Ramon is my most favorite place to dine, to begin with, the place is absolutely beautiful, it feels like a resort, definitely a place to impress if you have a new love. Secondly, what immediately stood out was how kind and genuinely concerned all the staff seemed to be about the customers experience. I don't doubt that each of them were gentle spirits to begin with, but I could tell that the manager must have made it clear upon their hire, that she'd accept no less, I'll talk about her shortly, her name is Marilyn. As far as the meals are concerned, you could literally close your eyes, throw a dart on the menu, and be glad it landed there, however, I often get the Nachorizos with chicken or pulled pork, OMG! delicious, or the Street Style Baha Fish Tacos - I just drooled on my iPhone :-) And finally, I've got to mention Marilyn, the manager I spoke of earlier. What a kind soul, as I mentioned, I'm no longer young, but my sweetheart Rene'e and I make each other feel young at heart. Sometimes when we walk into a place, they can seem to disregard us as no longer important, but I just hold her a little closer and remind her of how important she is to me. From day one, Marilyn smiled at us and made us feel immediately welcomed, I felt that she really cared, her warmth has been consistent ever since, and she has injected herself into our souls. We Love Her... recently we were there, and a piece of chicken positioned itself, in such a way as to threaten choking me, my girlfriend made Marilyn aware of the situation and she immediately asked if we needed her to call 911. I told her not yet, and she then asked if she could bring me a carbonated drink, I said yes, as she returned with the drink, I could tell from the sadness and terror in her eyes that she loved me too. “It was my first time here and it did not disappoint. I had a late lunch and I just made it just in time to order the vegetable panino (they stop making these after 3pm). It had a nice crunch and tasted amazing, it had eggplant my favorite! We did order the crab balls which were alright but it did come with a yummy orange creamy sauce. The calamari was delicious, always a must. We were a party of 3 and a young daughter and father dining next to us (super empty), I felt the waiter was rushing us! Trending ambiance!“

“I have had many burgers and I must say, Roam Artisan Burgers are the best I've had the pleasure to enjoy. Not only do they have a variety of different unique burgers, but they also sell artisan sodas. I ordered a burger with brie cheese and it reminded me of why the burger is one of America's most iconic foods.
