They could charge more for their food. But they DON'T. And I appreciate that. For sure they do put their heart and soul into it. They are a huge part if the community in that they believe good food is for EVERYONE. Try everything, tacos (especially their El pastor!), mulitas(crunchy corn tortilla stuffed with your choice of meat and cheese) , every one of their salsas, chile relleno. Kind of expensive BUT the namesake Al-Pastor is seriously mind-bogglingly delicious. But damn they need to open in time for lunch. 4:30 is too late for something so addictively delicious. I say all this as someone who has only every had the Al-Pastor burrito. I doubt I will ever order anything else, even though I want to. Absolutely delicious!! Didn’t realize this taco truck was so close to the Hilton Beachfront where we were staying. I’m so glad we went to eat here. The tacos “Al pastor” were authentic and so flavorful. I will definitely eat here again when I come back to Santa Barbara.
