“Your Choice is one of those beloved neighborhood spots that truly deserves the love. The space has had a major indoor refresh, but the quality of the food and the genuine dining experience remain exactly the same.

This is one of my go-to places whether I’m coming with friends or grabbing a casual bite with my daughter. The food is consistently on point, the vibe is welcoming, and it really feels like a community hub rather than just a restaurant. Orders are handled quickly whether dining in or taking out.

Even though I live in Ventura now, I always make a stop whenever I’m back in my hometown.

Some of my favorite menu items are the Thai chili lime wings, green papaya salad, tom kha soup with chicken, garlic pepper shrimp, and spring rolls. I also love their Thai iced tea and Vietnamese coffee. Everything is great for sharing, and leftovers taste even better the next day.

Family-owned and community-driven. Huge shoutout to Piti and Kathy for creating such a warm, welcoming space. They also host Saturday evening ice cream pop-ups featuring their side-quest business, Creaminal, which honestly deserves a separate review of its own.

“Ordered pad thai, pad see ew, chicken satay, and thai tea. The pad thai was quite good, with bright and clean flavor. The thai tea was a lot stronger than I'm used to, which was actually quite refreshing - accidentally drank it all before the food arrived. The chicken satay was tender and flavorful. But the standout was the pad see ew, which was the best I've ever had. Perfectly grilled/charred noodles, flavorful broccoli, and the best overall flavor I've had for this dish. Would absolutely recommend, and the service was very nice despite us sitting out on the street a good twenty feet from the front entrance.“

“Their menu lists various options for vegetarians and the friendly staff know what vegan is and can adapt many of the dishes. The yellow curry was very aromatic, but the sauce on the cashew nut tofu was a bit bland. Both dishes came with lots of tofu, and with the rice were very filling.“

“Third time here. The food is tasty and the portions are very generous. We got pad thai, yellow curry and fried rice. There were large shrimp in the pad thai and fried rice. Not a dine in place, get take out. We’re new to sb and glad we found it! We’ll be back“

“It was really good! Actually probably one of my preferred drunken noodles I've had in the area, flavor-wise. I avoided trying this place for years because of the reviews and finally tried it out because of the new management. The lunch special is an awesome deal. Friend also liked the pad thai (me too, which is rare because usually I find it too sweet)

Portions are about the same as other thai places. Hot spicy is more like medium. Will try out the thai spicy next time but hopefully they will still give the sauce and flakes to go because I'm definitely using them for instant noodles.“
