My brother and my friend liked it. If you have any allergies to wheat, soy, or corn-I'd steer clear. There are other donut places in town for people with allergies. That being said, it's one of the oldest donut places in Santa Barbara (with the possible exception of Eller's on Upper State Street). The donuts were yummy, and the older lady employee was also very friendly and helpful while we ordered. The bagels were also very soft and big. The reason I'm giving it a 4-star rating is because they can clean up the place a bit. The area where you prepared the coffee was messy.

The girl who answers is not friendly, it seems like she is doing underwork by force. When she answers the phone, it seems like she answers her personal phone, she hangs up on you and answers when she wants, they need to train their employees.
