Yes, Emma had a 5-star rating. She was there and assisted me in a friendly manner. The greeting was prompt and assistance was seamless. She was smiling and quite enthusiastic. It had one point deduction because there were some smudges on the counter and a small amount of trash around the area. Will be coming back because of their bread and Emma.
I have been wanting to try Boudin Bakery & Caffe for a while. This location is in the mall food court and is a great option for food court food. I got the clam chowder in a bread bowl, not really a healthy meal, but just what I was craving at the time! Known for their sourdough bread, the sourdough bread bowl was great and freshly made. This location is within the Westfield Valley Fair Mall. I went there to purchase some Sourdough Long bread. Bread was good. Service was just OK. Cashier didn't seem happy to be there and wasn't welcoming. We all have bad days I guess.
