I'm not from Santa Maria I was in town visiting and decided to try this place out. Food was amazing and brought back some pan mexicano back home. My only regret is not bring back more pan.
One of the few places in town that has gorditas. The bakery also carries my favorite bread pudding and they have not only champurrado but maidens de fresa and avena. The tamales de rajas were also really good

Burritos were amazing. Not too salty which is common at a lot of restaurants. But had flavor from the ingredients. Also wasn't oily or greasy. My only complaint was that I wanted a veg burrito but on Uber eats there was only options with meat. I'm not religious vegan or anything so it's no big deal. But I would suggest adding a veggie option to the burrito on delivery platforms. Yum
