“Every time that I go to the natural café, the service is fast, the food delicious, and the ambience, relaxing. I have gone twice by now and will be going again for lunch with my daughter! Last night I wanted something light for dinner and chose the veggie chili which comes with cornbread and I was curious about the so I tried a slice of coconut cake. I must say that there are different approaches that I've noticed we with vegan desserts based on who makes it. Sometimes they could be too sweet for my taste, but this time it was right on the money.”

Teriyaki Chicken with rice and salad hands down my favorite, cooked and grilled to perfection! Overall enjoyed the ambience, I would prefer that they play Japanese music to set the mood but other than that I'll definitely be coming back!”

“PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE! My partner and I saw that this place had high reviews so we decided to give it a shot. We realized there was a sign by the door that said they were closing early, so we started checking our phones for another restaurant. A staff member opened the door and said they'd be more than happy to serve us while they closed, we were shocked and asked him if he was sure, and he opened the door more to let us in. I ordered pasta and my partner ordered an omelet, BOTH were absolutely delicious and the service was so out of this world. We asked for the check while we ate since we did not want to keep them. The staff member explained that he would allow us to take our time because he didn't want us to feel rushed to eat. It was such a generous and professional gesture. I would definitely drive out here again to eat here. The service, food, and vibe is the BEST.”

“Found out about this place 2 weeks ago. I've been here 4 times since then. I've had the chilli cheese fries, fat boy fries, western burger, and mushroominator. All of them were really good. Good food at a reasonable price. Takes a while to get your food but that's because they make it to order. The girl who takes your order could be more... energetic? ... welcoming? but the cooks who deliver your food have always been super cool. I'll definitely be back again.”

“My choice pick for Mexican food in Santa Maria. I highly recommend the Fajitas plate(Either Steak, Chicken, or Combo) as these are simply fantastic. I did enjoy the Ceviche and I myself, are not the biggest fan of the dish itself; however the one done here is refreshing and great before consummation of the main dish that you order! Other things I enjoyed were the tacos(classic staple, right), specifically the asada and pastor are the go-to tacos that I've tried.”
“We were on our way to Paso Robles from Los Angeles and needed lunch. This is a great area with a lot of solid choices. Wife saw Urbane Cafe as an option and I've eaten at another location before. We ordered the cilantro chicken salad and the tomato bisque soup and salad combo with 2 cookies and drinks. Food was excellent. Staff was friendly. There's limited indoor seating but options outside. Drinks are serve yourself and not standard choices. Cookies were delicious too. A great choice for a meal!”

“Ordered my filet medium-rare (with instructions more to the rare side). My husband and father ordered their steaks medium. Though their steaks were larger, mine was the thickest. Mine was also the most well-done. I HATE my meat overcooked (and it was)! We had ordered well before 6pm so they weren't busy yet. There was no excuse for an overcooked steak. You would think a steakhouse would be able to prepare a steak as ordered. I was very disappointed. I don't mind paying $65 for my meal if I enjoy it. This was a waste of my money!!”

Not only are they family-owned, but also all of their family works there.The staff are passionate about what they do and offer the highest quality meats, cheeses and toppings for your sandwich. Their Italian dressing is absolutely delicious!I always order the Papa's Combo, Pastrami Sandwich or Meatball sandwich. If I order the Papa's Combo, I get the dressing on the side because I like to use a lot on my sandwich.Everything I've ever ordered here is delicious and fresh. First off, the location seems out of place. lt's super cute and trendy looking, but it doesn't seem like an ideal location. But beside that I loved the vibe. And the service was really nice.They put my mom's muffin in an elaborate to go box, which seemed kind of unnecessary but whatever. The coffee was good, and so was my tea. The muffin was pretty good. I'm giving it 4 stars bc 1 liked the vibe andfriendly service. But it still felt lacking, probably the location. It's not a place I would want to sit outside with my coffee and enjoy the view”

Veggies were good, noodles were okay, but just wasn't great, maybe I needed to eat it at the restaurant. Will have to check out the other meals they have.”

“Such a wonderful place to drop in and get a smoothie. I've tried a couple different smoothies, and they have all been very fresh tasting and very nice and cold. I usually get this delivered and I can contest that the smoothies hold up to being delivered. They don't get watery or melted at all, which was really nice. Their yogurt bowls are delicious. If you want some yogurt, fruit honey, the yogurt is always tasty. They add a nice amount of honey and the fruit is always fresh. I've only been inside a few times, but the establishment is always nice and clean and the employees have always been super welcoming. They answered all of my questions and you are not waiting too long for anything that you order. Definitely a place to check out.”

Orcutt-Santa Maria is lucky to have her and her food!Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options (chile relleno tamales, which even some meat eaters preferred, to the pork ones). “Came here for the first time and was immediately greeted by a gentleman who I later found out was the owner. Helly (owner) was very attentive and was there to answer any questions we had about the menu. We had pork skewers, chicken skewers, longsilong, and lechón kawali. All of it was DELICIOUS! ? The best part of my visit was what I witnessed while there. 1. Helly specially made a food dish that was not on the menu for a customer who was celebrating her birthday. 2. He let a customer order after closing even though her food would take 20mins to cook. I was amazed at such wonderful Hospitality! Sad to say I feel like in these times we don’t see this often, so when I was able to witness I was just in awe. You can tell he really cares about his customers and it shows. I dined in both times I visited, and the quality of the food and sides is amazing. Grilled cactus and onions, salsa choices ranging from medium to quite hot, and a wide range of side veggies. It's definitely a popular place, and the steady flow of people is testimony to their quality. They were grilling a bunch of chicken the first time, and it got smoky inside until someone opened a door. My house special burrito had both carne asada and al pastor inside, and everything was perfectly cooked and assembled. I blended two salsas and loved it all. My second visit a week later was equally enjoyable and slightly more expansive. I'd like to try something from the mariscos menu in the future. Until then, go here and try a new take on old favorites.”

My girl got the zarape and I got the ranchero with added bell peppers, onion, and tomatoes. What i thought was a little off was the bell peppers were like raw not kinda cooked/sautéed like what happens when you make a scramble. Both my girl and I kept having to add salt to our burritos because they were missing flavor, eggs could’ve used some sort of seasoning. Over all the burritos were like a 7.5/10.”

“It's hard to find a good Latte in Orcutt and Santa Maria that's not Starbucks. Crumbles is a sit-down diner but they serve a pretty decent Latte. Be sure to ask for 2 to 3 shots of expresso if that's what want because the automatic amount is 1 shot for a 12 oz. We ordered breakfast as well. I got the veggie omelet and it did not disappoint. So good! Super fresh ingredients, house made salsa. Definitely one of the best in the area for a $16 breakfast. The server was super nice! This was exceptional for two reasons. #1 He was like a handsome dude by generic yt beauty standards, yet he offered us warm equal human regard which (sadly) is rare from a dude who is considered "good looking" (again by generic standards). #2 We are a queer black and brown couple, definitely don't fit generic standards of attractibility, or play to politics of respectability (if you know you know). So! We oft experience less respect (even from service persons) than the average individual. That our waiter was as kind and thoughtful toward us as he was toward everyone else was exceptional. Needless to say, we left a good tip. Wish I remembered his name so I could give him credit. Overall this place is great vibes, good food, good service ??”

“Ginas piece of cake is awesome! I went in and picked up 2 very small 5x5 pre made cakes last minute! They put them nicely in a box with tape which i appreciated! As i was walking home i stumbled and fell over a curb, dropping the cakes that i held both stacked on one hand!! As i was falling i seen the cakes mid air they did a 360 flip and landed on the concrete still in the box. As i stood up and picked myself up i was in a quick hurry to check on the cakes and seen they were still in there un harmed and still nicely decorated! Enjoyed one of them that same night and the other was my nephews smash cake for his 1st birthday! Thank u Gina for such wonderful cakes! We realized there was a sign by the door that said they were closing early, so we started checking our phones for another restaurant. A staff member opened the door and said they'd be more than happy to serve us while they closed, we were shocked and asked him if he was sure, and he opened the door more to let us in. I ordered pasta and my partner ordered an omelet, BOTH were absolutely delicious and the service was so out of this world. We asked for the check while we ate since we did not want to keep them. The staff member explained that he would allow us to take our time because he didn't want us to feel rushed to eat. It was such a generous and professional gesture. I would definitely drive out here again to eat here. The service, food, and vibe is the BEST.”

The inky complaint is that the tri tip plate doesn't include a lot of meat in comparison to the other plates. Definitely will return.”

“First time here, we have had Oaxacan before but we are not experts. My wife had the chicken mole and it was fantastic! I had the Tlayuda, a huge thin tostada, covered in black beans, cabbage, tomatoes, radish, avocados and tons of Oaxacan shredded cheese. It also had chorizo and a thin slice of beef. Super tasty and filling. Will feed two people easily. If you are looking for something new and different, give them a try.”
