Unfortunately if something goes wrong with your order, no one in customer service seems to care. You can’t speak with someone about it. You can text, which is fine, but they (whoever that may be) will give you some pre-written response that doesn’t address your concerns. Food is decent enough and the crew are nice depending on the day. A couple of the guys seemingly don't like talking and are very standoffish. But most are nice.Freshness is 50/50. I've ordered the same custom salad two days in a row, the first had fresh romaine the second was rusting. Generally good vibes compared to other locations such as the one in marina del ray. Portions smaller in online orders than in person (general SG problem). Tons of new faces all the time which leads me to believe there’s high turnover. Been frustrating lately that they close 15/20 minutes early . If the employees want to get off early (totally get it) just change your operating hours to reflect that.
