Delicious tacos! Try the Taco Dorado de Birria, they're to die for. They'll happily add cheese to your taco if you ask. I prefer with no cheese but you do you.I always ask for sauce on the side because I like to control the spiciness myself. The salsa here isn't burning hot, but it is a good strong medium. I was an executive chef for years, and an afficianado of mexican food in general. I've sampled untold taqueria trucks over the years, but this one is pretty special. They're serving up a pretty limited menu, (no enchiladas, sopes, various platillos, etc). It's a taco truck.
