“Consistently GOOD! Always made to order and the food is fresh as can be for fast food. Great customer service and friendly staff. Restaurant is clean and plenty of seating available. I recommend the chicken katsu plate with rice and mac salad or all mac salad. The servings are very generous and the price is fair.“
“Felt da aloha, friendly and respectful. The garlic chicken straight broke da mouth! Sooo good, must eat fresh to keep dat crunchy!!! Kaila pork is da best yet in SD, so glad I drove up here…worth it. Exceeded my expectations, reminds me of Lahaina, small kine spot but da food is wot hungry bruddahs dream ofParking: Lots of different businesses and eateries, maybe real busy on the weekends“
“Darn it, they moved from just around the corner, to up by the college -- problem parking AND apparently they are only doing catering and not lunch plates. The food was awesome and authentic and made with much aloha. Oodles by the Nood Bar moved into the space vacated by Da Kine.“
“Sad location since mall is now so empty...Atmosphere so lonely. But the staff were so nice. Food was good but nothing to rave about.Vegetarian options: I did not want to eat rice and the staff were more than accommodating to me about providing me w vegetable sides instead.“
“Wow! Love this place! Excellent food and service! Our server, Julia, did an excellent job of taking our order, and the kitchen staff got out the door very quickly! Everything was hot, fresh, and flavorful! We will surely be back bruddah! Yes, it was that good. :)“
“The pokebowl was truly delectable, brimming with flavors that delighted my taste buds. However, the onions, while flavorful, were cut in larger pieces than I would have preferred; a finer chop would have enhanced the overall texture. On a positive note, the iced tea accompanying the meal was truly refreshing, adding a delightful touch to the dining experience.“
“What a delightful & delicious addition to the Grossmont's FoodCourt Center !!! This eatery spot only opens 2 days a week and the rest of the days you can catch them at a Farmers' market! so catch them whenever you can! Don't miss out on what they have to offer! The 2 entrees my husband and I ordered were flavorful and well seasoned. We both finished and left our boxes emptied and cleaned . The owner did an exceptional job by making sure if we had any food allergies when taking our orders. This is something that rarely happens where business owner take the cautious and careful step to ask and make sure customers are safe. So we really appreciated that very much! We can't wait to come back and catch you on the days the eatery spot opens! A MUST TRY!!!! :D“
“I love this place. Fish is fresh, sauces are tasty, method of preparation is sanitary and service is quick. Also love that I can order online and when I get there it’s paid for and ready. The staff is always friendly and I try to go there once a week.“
“This place and their staff is so welcoming and service was great! Food wise was so delicious, portions were good! Empanadas was crispy and delicious to include there banana lumpia's it not only had bananas but coconut and chocolate sauce in the side was mmm! Good! I recommend this place“
“This is definitely one of my favorite Poke places in San Diego! I could literally eat Poke and/or Sushi every day, and this is one of my go-to spots. Their fish is cold and fresh and the bowls are plentiful. They don't charge extra for things that should be included (like some places). The staff is helpful and professional and the atmosphere is chill. This is a great place to start if you're new to Poke and don't want to feel confused when deciding what to add to your bowl. I highly recommend!“
“The rolls were excellent, the entire restaurant spotless, prices are terrific, and service impeccable. I'm so glad I stopped in today and will be back again the next time my job brings me to this part of SD County!Parking: I was here on a rainy Sunday at 6:00 p.m. and there was plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Fine for kids!“
“Perfect spot to take my son after his NFL flag football game at the sportsplex. First time eating here. Didn't know what to order but the woman who helped me was very sweet. She helped me pick out food and was patient with my son's request. Place was clean and started getting busy as we sat down. We waited for our take out. Food came out quickly. My son got a kids burger meal. It was a really large burger and he loved the fries so much he ate them first and wasn't able to finish everything. I got the Kanak attack loco moco she recommended. It has a little of everything. Amazingly tasty. The sausage and spam are what they are.... The burger patty was delicious and the eggs cook perfectly. The pork and the gravy were the real stars of this dish. The gravy can ruin a loco moco for me. This place is doing it right. The pork was so flavorful I went for it all after the first bite. There was so much I wasnt able to finish it all. I also got 2 orders of garlic spam masubi. I was full but still took a bite and loved it. Again, the staff great, food great, and wait time great. My girls came home and ate all the left overs and said we have to go back. Almost forgot the shaved ice my son got... see photo ... it started about the same size as his head!“
