“I highly recommend ordering through the app instead of to a live person so that you get what you want, especially if there are any omissions or substitutions added. If you’re a first timer, the staff isn’t super helpful in conveying the concept of the vendor. I went to the location at State Street Market in downtown Los Altos where it is always busy, but it’s nice to combine the options with other vendor stalls. The portion felt smaller than the last two times I’ve been here, but it was still delicious.“

“The food at Mercy Mediterranean is amazing! While browsing the website of the recently opened downtown food hall, we stumbled upon this gem and promptly placed our order. We ordered the Chicken Garlic Gyro and Lamb Gyro. Our favorite dish was the Chicken Garlic Gyro. Our order was packed with flavorful chicken, fresh veggies, and creamy tzatziki sauce. This is definitely a satisfying meal for gyro lovers. The service was amazing and the employees are helpful and catering towards their guests.“

“My friend had been telling me about this place since last year and today a group of us went for lunch. Firstly, very clean and pleasant environment with kind hospitality. Irfan made suggestions and answered questions. He even taught me some Turkish. Food was AMAZING! Super tasty and fresh. We had the falafel plate, Adana kebab plate, cheese flat bread, baklava, rice pudding and wait for it... KUNEFE!!! Kunefe was not on the menu but I asked for it and they made it for us. “Insanely good bread. I stopped here randomly on my way to clinic. Definitely the most expensive pastrami sandwich I ever had but it was very very good. The meat was fantastic, not too salty and not that fatty. The bread is fresh out of the oven and melts in your mouth after a gentle crunch. No squeezing out of toppings. They know sandwiches. Too expensive to return but boy was it satisfying.“

“Excellent place with very good food and in a good location. There was a parking garage right in front so didn't have to walk too far. The staff and our host was extremely courteous. We were a group of 5 and we ordered the family style which came withe a 4 course meal with a choice of starters, main course and desserts. The quality and taste of the food was excellent. Chez Philippe picks you up from a great neighborhood and instantly sends you into a classy, French storybook that is packed with homeliness, and none of the haughty chin up.We visited CP (Chez Philippe) on a slightly drizzly brunch hour on a Sunday. We were in Los Gatos for their Sunday Street Market but the drizzle made us choose an early lunch. 4.6 stars on Google is no easy feat so we were excited to know there were seats availalable.Unlike typical French restaurants where everything is snooty, if not unnecessarily greasy, we were welcomed as if we were visiting a distant relative in their beautiful cottage, somehow in the outskirts of Paris. The huge windows let in the wet sunlight with window-side tables occupied by a loving elderly couple... a perfect scene that sets the mood. Chef Philippe (I would think he is) seems he's moved over from France and truly gave us a loving welcome and intro to the restaurant. The interior is literally a picture book with various corners all carrying their unique stories but all strung together with the air they share.By the time we were ordering, our mood was already soft and I was sipping on delicious coffee. We went with the Onion Soup and the Escargot, as well as sweet crepes, etc. The onion soup inches near perfection in terms of the depth of taste and the wholesomeness it provides. The star of the show was the escargot though. I do not know what black magic they used to create the garlic butter sauce the escargots sat in but it was pure heaven. Just dipping fresh baguette into the escarbot pits and chewing on it simply made my day. At that point, my review was already decided. It was one of the happiest and tastiest experiences I've had in the Bay Area in a while. And mind you, I wasn't even that hungry.The mussels were fabulous with distinct white wine sauce. The French Fries were clearly made with love. And the strawberry crepes, again, were quite good, although you really can't go too wrong here.Chez Philippe truly is a gem in Los Gatos. I believe it is relatively new but I don't come here too often. Either way, what a wonderful restaurant. And we'll absolutely be back.Parking: Find public parking in Los Gatos downtown. There are few lots parallel to Santa Cruz Ave, as well as if you get lucky, you can street park on Santa Cruz itself.“

“We ordered the house combo and it was very tasty. It came with 4 meats(chicken,beef,gyro ,koftedes). All of the meat was juicy,tender and well seasoned. The rice. was fluffy ans delicious. The mixed green salad had tomatoes amd cucumber and was topped with a pickled cabbage and dressed to perfection. I only had a small bite of the pita because rhe meal was so filling. Not too heavy on the marinara sauce is a plus as well. My sister liked the meat lovers! Cashier was polite and friendly! It was my first time, and the cashier was happy to offer recommendations. Food came out fairly fast, even with a queue of to go orders. 12-130PM on a Sunday was very busy - all tables full, a number of families with small children. Quality and portions were good, like any other Mendo. Staff behind the counter were helpful if you needed something like silverware or to go containers. Two not so good things: * It's really loud inside. Combination of music being played plus concrete floors and floor to ceiling glass windows so all the sound bounces. I think most Mendo's are like this but this location is smaller than the others I've been to so it seems even louder. When it's warmer I would sit outside but I went on a chilly, wet day and preferred inside. * Bathroom floor was a bit wet. Usually wouldn't matter much to me but being on crutches or if you have people uneasy on their feet, could be unsafe in there.“

We got the Tandoori Chicken Pizza and the Curry Veggie Delight Pizza. Both were very tasty! I personally liked the tandoori chicken better, there was so much flavor! The thin crust was also very crispy and crunchy, but not hard. Staff was also very friendly and helpful--we called ahead with questions on some of the dietary restrictions (note: the vegan cheese does NOT contain any nut products)--and the staff was very kind in helping us and answering our questions. “The food girl??? The food?? Omg the food is so good ugh. The salads are immaculate. You can't go wrong with their chicken chop salad, it's my go to fr. And it is so filling ‼‼ everything from there is filling. Basically, you get good tasting good quality food, for a good price and in a short amount of time. And I mean a short amount of time, I typically order a salad and tenders for me and a friend and it takes maybe 7ish minutes for the order to be ready. This place is easily my favorite chain. Also if u get the salad I recommend taking the chicken out then putting in the sauce and shaking the bowl. Then you have more room when shaking the bowl for the sauce to get all over the salad and if you can't finish it all then your chicken won't be as soggy. 10/10 highly recommend“
