The male that served me today was actually very nice and made sure I had everything I requested before leaving. The only reason this is 3/5 stars is due to the wait time but besides that definitely one of the better pollo locos around.
2 stars seems appropriately sad!! You are a chicken restaurant. HOW CAN YOU LET BURNT AND DRY CHICKEN go out the door? Called to speak to the manager and the phone was never picked up. Guessing a number of other guests were calling to complain as well. You need to do better
