My husband loved it and he's very picky about the cakes he likes because he prefer pies.Dee was also very responsive and made the cake with only a few days notice. Our group was from out of town and renting an Airbnb and none of our party was arriving during a time when the bakery was open, but Dee made special arrangements to allow us to pick-up the cake late Sunday afternoon. “We can't rave enough about Kaye's Cake Designs! We had a last minute thought to get a Mother's Day custom cake made with figures of my Brother, Sister and I as kids. Kaye even included our cat. She matched the pictures we sent in perfectly and even had us wearing the exact same outfits. She is so very talented and the attention to detail was amazing. We couldn't stop looking at it. “I called to place an order on 9/6 at approximately 5 pm. I was told they were taking another order and was on hold for over 15 minutes and got disconnected. I called back several more times and was sent to a voicemail. I understand it was late in the day but all they had to do was tell me to call back tomorrow. Terrible customer service. I like to support local but terrible way to treat anyone.FINALLYI did call back one more time and was able to reach the employee who apologized and was able to take my order. So thank you I appreciate it.“
“Was so excited to finally try Sprinkles Cupcakes after seeing so many episodes of Cupcake Wars with Candace Nelson. I’ve been needing to limit my sugar intake, so I ordered the Sugar-Free Red Velvet cupcake. Omgsh!! It was so good, couldn’t even tell it was sugar-free. It was a little dry, but the taste won me over.The bakery not accepting cash is a bit of a negative for me. But yummy cupcake. The sugar-free version of Red Velvet is all I ever get when I go because it’s such a treat, so maybe I’ll try more flavors eventually ?Got the same one for the fiancé, he loves them too!Dietary restrictions: I love that they offer Sugar-Free Red Velvet cupcakes!
