“I love B&R ice cream, the service changes constantly as there always new associates so it's a hit and a miss, standard creamery they offer samples and the have low fat and low sugar options. My favorite is baseball but! It's actually right next to a nice Italian restaurant so it's an option for desert.“

The promotion was per customer so it would have had to a been 1 transaction per one but they went to bat for us and let us pay all at once. My grandkids had the best Ice cream time ever here. “The golf-themed red velvet cake Dee made for my husband's 60th birthday looked fabulous and was delicious. The buttercream frosting was not too thick and was super tasty. My husband loved it and he's very picky about the cakes he likes because he prefer pies.Dee was also very responsive and made the cake with only a few days notice. Our group was from out of town and renting an Airbnb and none of our party was arriving during a time when the bakery was open, but Dee made special arrangements to allow us to pick-up the cake late Sunday afternoon. Very sweet of her to go above and beyond.I highly recommend Sibling's Bakery for your cake needs!“
“We can't rave enough about Kaye's Cake Designs! We had a last minute thought to get a Mother's Day custom cake made with figures of my Brother, Sister and I as kids. Kaye even included our cat. She matched the pictures we sent in perfectly and even had us wearing the exact same outfits. She is so very talented and the attention to detail was amazing. We couldn't stop looking at it. We didn't even want to eat it because the cake so was beautiful but we are glad we did. Best cake I've ever tasted. Thanks Kaye for making my Mom's Mother's Day so special! :)“
“Really kind and friendly staff which I appreciate. They let you sample some flavors since their ice cream menu is constantly changing. I appreciate that they let you sample the flavors since I can be choosy with what ice cream flavor I want. During the last visit, there was an issue with the gift card we had and the staff member was kind enough to see what the issue was and called (over the phone) the manager/owner in order to fix the issue. The store is small inside but there is plenty of seating outside. Also plenty of parking as it is located in the central part of the shopping center. Definitely recommend if you are looking for ice cream around the West Hills area.“
“Their ice cream is good but I've never felt inclined to leave a review until my experience last night. I went in to order a shake for my boyfriend who hasn't been feeling well. There was a pretty large group of kids in there and a couple of their parents, maybe 12 people total. I have anxiety and ended up feeling very overwhelmed and had to step out until they all left. I went back in and tried to keep my composure but started having a bit of a panic attack. Right as I was trying to order I started crying a little bit and I apologized. The young, dark haired girl working was very compassionate and kept asking me if I needed water or anything, and kept making sure I was okay. In a moment like that where I felt so helpless (and very embarrassed), her kindness made all the difference, so thank you! Also, I asked for his shake to be made on the thicker side and it turned out perfect.“
“Great service and clean. I see employees always staying busy when I walk by, not just on there phones or standing around. They let us take our time when deciding and never rush and are happy to help when we ask questions. Our last trip we bought an ice cream cake that looked like pancakes. It was so good !“
