“I just stopped by today and had a great experience here. I got carnitas and al pastor street tacos and they were unbelievable. Such great flavors in the meat. Also the green and red salsa were very complimentary (red salsa is smoky spicy yum). Got the asada quesadilla for the kids (of course I had a bite) and was really pleased with the asada flavor too! Even the sour cream is great, homemade you can tell. The attention to quality is apparent!I am super glad because the first few times I was not impressed. Maybe I got the wrong things, and it seemed expensive, but everything was great at the service was great as well! It was only $20 and was enough food for 3 adults. Saw they have really good $12 lunch deals now too. Can't wait to come back!!“
“The pozole here is incredible according to my family and they love the unique taste and love coming here. I personally got the lengua burrito and I’m going to be honest here it was alright. The waitress was really helpful at making things right whenever we had a problem with our food but also making sure we were enjoying it. Very friendly staff. The inside seating is a little cramped if you come in with five plus people.Parking: The parking for this place is very cramped and holds about 7 cars without it being maxed out.Kid-friendliness: Super friendly to kids. My little sister didn’t like the burrito and the waitress speaker to her in a kind way asking what she can do to make it right.“
“Hadn't been here in years. Grew up on the west side & this place was a staple. Looks like it still is. Came in at 11:30am on a Saturday & they are doing a good amount of business. Lots of take out orders. Prices are reasonable. Try em if u haven't.“
“Literally obsessed. It's an upscale take out taco fusion restaurant of my dreams. Everything there is good, refreshing, flavorful, and unique. It is worth a visit and to try different tacos - and the SPECIALS are also always soooo good. The worst part is that I can usually only eat 2, maybe 3, and so I can't get all the different ones I want... love this place!!!!!!!!!!!Vegetarian options: There is a tempura avocado taco that is literally to die for and i'm obsessed. Other options clearly labled on their menu and can also be modifiedDietary restrictions: one of the owner's daughters is vegan, so there are some specials made just for her that are available and anything can be modified for vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options!Parking: always ample parking - have never had a problem and have never had to park far away.Kid-friendliness: very kid friendly food options (can get "normal" beef tacos and burritos/quesadillas etc chips..)Wheelchair accessibility: very easy wheelchair access - it's right near the curb/ramp, and has double doors and tables with moveable chairs“
“Thanks to Ruben and his wife our party was a huge success! I picked Dos Tacos because I really liked the presentation of the cute serving dishes and the food looked delicious. It's a family business and keeping the business in Simi Valley was important to me. All the food was fresh, flavorful and prepared with care. I had a baby shower in the backyard and wanted something special and fun! Ruben and his wife showed up a little early. Set up everything without any issues and after an hour of cooking and preparing the feast, we were all ready to eat. Everyone was so happy and there was plenty to eat.. even grilled veggies for my vegan friends! I highly recommend using Dos Tacos Y Tu!“
“I like getting Jack in the Box for a quick meal. I love their chicken sandwiches and recently I tried a breakfast combo with hash browns, eggs, mini pancakes, sausage, and bacon. It was really delicious and a great meal to fill me up. I got my brother some curly fries and chicken sandwiches. There wasn’t a huge line, just like two or three people in front of me. The person taking my order was very nice and caring. I totally recommend going to Jack in the Box, they’re prices are pretty good. I got all of my food for about $20, which the breakfast combo was really big.“
“Having recently moved back to Southern California, I am obsessed with Mexican food, which I wasn't able to get much in the east. I love the little mom and pop shops around but I enjoy fast food Mexican as well. And nobody does it better than Del Taco. The food is fresh, the prices are good. So much better than any of the other fast food Mexican restaurants.“
“Oh my goodness, I just discovered one of Simi Valley's most incredible hidden gems! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with welcoming smiles and a friendly demeanor. We had the option to sit indoors or outdoors, and we chose to dine indoors. Let me tell you, the atmosphere was so chill and refreshing, with lush green plants hanging from the ceiling - it was truly a sight to behold. As soon as we were seated, our lovely waitress brought us water and took our orders. We decided to go with the prime rib sliders, which were hands down the best sliders we've ever had, along with some mouth-watering garlic fries, refreshing black cherry vodka, and a crisp green IPA to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Before we knew it, our drinks and food arrived, and wow, were we blown away! The prime rib was cooked to perfection, and the drinks were served ice cold. I can honestly say that we will be returning to this spot time and time again, and I highly recommend that you do too! Make sure to come by and experience the amazing vibes and drinks for yourself. Can't wait to see you there!“
