“I am not sure why this place received low reviews, but that must have been based on old management and past experiences because today the service was very welcoming, service with a smile. The food was also the best. I was just thinking to myself as I ate my Famous Star how much more real this means was than Mc...Anyway great food and great service!!!“
“The food here is great, but I'm basing my review entirely on the service. This was my first time going for a rather large dinner order for my family.Lupe and Angie were extremely kind and helpful with my order. I've never used the app before, but they walked me through its features and reward program--all while readying my large order at the same time. They really went above and beyond to help me; the service was quick (not rushed) and friendly. I've never met them before, but they made me feel like we were good friends. You can just tell they're both caring and helpful people. Honestly, it was a a refrshing experience and far beyond the normal level of service you'd get anywhere else. They deserve a raise for sure!Like I said, the food is great; but I'd go back for their top tier service alone. Thanks again for your help and friendly service ladies!“
“This is the perfect spot to satisfy your hunger, a true California classic conveniently located right off the freeway. With ample parking and a drive-through option, it's a super convenient stop. Although the drive-through line can sometimes be lengthy, the quality here is consistent with other In-N-Out locations I've visited. Plus, there are gas stations nearby for a quick refill before hitting the freeway again.“
“This is the best vegetarian Indian Restaurant in San Diego. Buffet is all vegetarian.Vegetarian options: Best Vegetarian place and every saturday the buffet is all vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: Best place for vegetarian food in San Diego.“
“Nothing but good coming from On A Roll! I started working in the area about 6 months ago and this quickly became my goto lunch spot just about every day. What can I say, I love sandwiches and plenty to choose from at On A Roll. Simple deli atmosphere and I can't help but smile and laugh when talking with Lou and his amazing staff. If you're hungry, go for the Ultimate 9", the Rueben is great (the rye bread is the bomb!), or go for something different like the High Roller. I've tried just about the entire menu and it's nice to go to a sandwich shop with their own style, not the same old same old. Some of the combinations are adventurous and absolutely worth a try so I recommend breaking out of your shell and trying something new.My biggest note is that you always check the special board for the special of the day. Lou has some tasty specials so don't forget to check the board. Sometimes I forget and kick myself once I see what I missed. My final words: Get over to On A Roll and help out a tasty small business that won't destroy your wallet like everyone else!“
“This in and out burger is a bit above others I've been to. The ingredients seemed fresher. We did have to wait a bit sitting in the dining room, they definitely prioritize the drive-thru. The service was friendly. Love the animal style burger.“
“Food is delicious. The teriyaki sauce is sweet without being too sweet. Rice is perfectly sticky. The steak is ?. The people working are the real gem. They are so nice and friendly. Patient with people who haven’t been in before. Would definitely come here anytime! The Lite Bites are perfect portion for one.“
“was in San Marcos for a high school wrestling event and since I skipped breakfast was seriously famished by late afternoon. checked Yelp for a sandwich-place recommendation and happily wound up at Sub-Marine. ordered #33 the BIG KAHUNA (ham, salami, roast beef, turkey, pastrami, provolone, avocado, cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, Italian dressing). very solid sandwich. not shareable (or monstrously huge at the price point) but still managed to waddle out fat and sassy. family owned and operated with exceptionally friendly and efficient service and a warm, inviting vibe.“
“I am back again! Second time I am ordering at this location. The food is good, reasonably priced & I have joined the app & getting the specials & have eaten at one of their locations about 5 X in the last two weeks. I will be back!Vegetarian options: I love their steamed cabbage, carrots & broccoli & brown rice.“
“I've been coming to Raul's since I lived down the street from them as a child, I've moved away since then, but I make it a point to have lunch here whenever I find myself near Encinitas.Their beef taquitos with cheese and guacamole are my ultimate comfort food and taste the same as they did over 20 years ago - delicious and crispy.“
“Honestly this is one of my favorite places in San Diego. It's a family owned business and they are all so sweet and charming, the food is GREAT (try the ironman, add jalapenos and bacon and red onions and thank me). The fries, both regular and seasoned, are incredible. Fav fries in SD.Get a smoothie too! Summer breeze is my kids fav by a mile. The breakfast offerings are few but all delicious. The chicken tequila pasta is absolutely delicious. This is a true local joint that has been around for 20+ years, and if they never change I'll hopefully be buried with my kids tossing an order from them into the casket.“
“Part of the Roberto's empire. Been going to several of them for years, and all were and are still banging. Their new-ish app is great, it lets you enter any custom requests, as well as several preset options. Oh, and the Chile Verde burrito is BACK!Vegetarian options: In person, you can customize your order as needed. With the app you can as well. My wife has multiple food allergies, so when we order online she gets a large tortilla, whole pinto beans/no cheese, and rice. She then adds some other stuff from our fridge and has a semi-custom/self-made burrito! The rest of us aren't strict vegetarians, but customizing orders happens frequently.Dietary restrictions: See above about dietary restrictions. They're pretty flexible.Parking: They have a few spots right in front, but if people are choosing to eat there, then it can get crowded. You can park a ways down PCH and walk down; helps build your appetite. That all said, it's rare when I can't find a spot.“
“If I could give 4.5 stars I would. The place is very clean, ascetics are very pleasing, great location, terrific service. I just couldn't figure out if I actually liked the burger. It had a backend taste that I couldn't figure out, could have been the caramelized onions and whatever they were cooked in or with. They were also a bit slimy for me. I will try the shack burger next time (no slimy onions). The fries were good, and decent ranch. So, still not sure if I'm a fan. I will update when I try the regular burger.Parking: The parking is behind the stores in a parking garage. Had to ask someone where to park.“
“Love my surf Brothers been coming here since they opened. Amazing customer service and amazing food very simple but so good!Parking: Located in a big strip mall plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of accessible wheelchair spots“
“I don’t live in Carlsbad but tried Food here and it was delicious, it was clean and service was great…I come to Carlsbad every 2 months and this will be my place to eat at least once per visitVegetarian options: It is hard to find vegetarian option and this is the best place“
“I work nearby and decided to stop by here for a bite to eat and it was so good! Not only was the food delicious, but the staff was amazing, especially Harry! They were all so sweet and helpful. The service made the food even better which I didn’t think was possible. 10/10 recommend!“
“My first time at an El Pollo Loco (btw love the name ?). We chose to dine-in. The place was quite, clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful with my questions about their menu. I had the chicken&avocado bowl and the rest of the family had chicken quesadillas, tacos al carbon and chicken burritos. The flavours were there and the prices were good. My only comment for the store manager would be to ensure that the avocados in the chicken&avocado bowl be as fresh as possible because mine were a little passed their best point and they are one of the two main ingredients of the dish. But we would definitely go again! Thank you.“
“Great tasting american style vegan food, I recommend the buffalo 66 burger and oreo shake! Their burgers look like they've gotten smaller too? It's quite expensive though, I would come much muchhh more often if the food was a little cheaper. I can only afford to come here about 4-5 times a year.“
“The bacon breakfast burrito is incredible. The salsa they put on it (and all their burritos) is LEAGUES BEYOND what other taco places in this area put inside the burrito. Don’t get me wrong - La Jolla taco places are all good. But Raymundo’s is criminally slept on, given that they have the best burritos, with REAL fillings.“
“I used to live near UTC mall in La Jolla so I visited this Shake Shake location a couple times. I have ordered a Shack Burger (Angus beef cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce on a toasted potato bun), fries (crinkle cutl) and herb mayo. I've also ordered Cheese Fries on its own as well. The food is a bit pricey but the quality is always really nice. I haven't tried a shake but I need to soon, make the Cookies and Cream one next.“
“Everytime we go to Legoland, this place is a must stop for us! These fried slivers of granny Smith apples are perfectly battered, and tossed in the right amount of cinnamon and sugar. It also comes with a whipped topping for dipping, but they are still good without it! They cost a little over $6, which is pretty affordable considering you're at a theme park. I noticed that their container has changed into a flat, unlabeled container. Service is fast and friendly. They also do not provide utensils, so be prepared for sugary hands. I really love how this place is located so close to the hideout playground. I literally just eat apple fries while I watch my kids play. It's the perfect set up!“
“After avoiding for years, my wife and I decided to give it a try. Delicious crunchy fried chicken, extra gravy to dip chicken in, crispy French fries, everything as good as can be expected for fast food chicken. A five for fast food but a two for food restaurant.“
“What can I say about the food. You already know. As far as the staff goes, they are incredible. I am currently in very sick care so a very special woman took care of me over the phone. Her name is Teaira. I've seen how hard all the staff works at this location yet she took the extra care in time to speak with me and make sure I got my WEIRD order right because this may be my last days. She didn't just make my day, she made my month (hopefully not life lol). Thank you Jersey Mike's but most importantly thank you Teaira!!!“
“Young Lady was extremely polite & helpful, helped me with the App., had 2 Famous Stars with CheeseKid-friendliness: Parents and family can Enjoy & Eat comfortablyWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for wheelchair accessibility“
“The cleanly, scenic outdoor eating area paired well with the fresh, tasty ingredients of my #13 Original Italian. I spent a week in SoCal, stretching from San Diego to L.A., and everything in-between. I enjoyed plenty of memorable culinary experiences along the way, but I make it a point to stop at a Jersey Mike's when I'm traveling. I'm never disappointed.“
