The service was a little slow but I think that was because there was only ONE server working, and for one guy he was working so hard and doing amazing. “We absolutely love Yoshoku! We have tried several ramen bowls and love all of them. The online ordering system is easy to navigate and well designed. I would suggest for anyone new to Yoshoku if you have any questions about the spice level, please call them. For me, I like a little spice so when given the option I choose G2. So far we had the Spicy Miso, Spicy Tomkatsu, the Tan Tan, Kango, and the Light Garlic. This is our new Hot Spot in Sonora!✌️❤️”

However, the staff doesn't know enough about how they're made or what makes the flavors what they are. So you know, don't expect an education from going here. The Brandy, however, and the limoncello and orange Jello were very good”

“This place makes the best sourdough bread! Have not come across a flavor that disappoints! The olive is a must try when they have it. Bacon Gouda is another that makes my mouth water just writing about it. Jim and Sunny are so friendly and nice in the shop and at the local farmers markets. I recently opened my horizons to a few of their “sweet” flavored loaves. I was skeptical on sweet flavors. However I am now a believer as they are amazing!”

“We ordered last minute a catered lunch for 12 people, and the customer service and food was absolutely amazing! Everyone enjoyed the fresh chicken salad, on a fresh baked brioche bun, the tortellini salad was light and delicious, and the cookie was phenomenal! We will all be definitely going back, and will continue to think of them for the future! You must try this little hidden gem!”

“Coffee is good but the five stars for is really for the owner Nick. He’s always friendly and willing to chat, has a real range of knowledge including some great hiking suggestions. I worked in Sonora for 2 months and made it a point to explore as much as possible, and Nox coffee was by far my favorite spot- it’s a neighborhood coffee shop at its best.”

“We always enjoy our food from Ukneada Burrito. The food is always fresh and hot. There portions are big! Enough for leftovers the next day!”

“Wine store where there's a nice selection of interesting wines, available by the glass. Bread, olives, and other finger food is also available to complement your wine. The service was good and we had a great time. The place is nice and clean, well laid out.

Fair warning: The super tacos are 2x as full as a normal taco. I thought 3 wouldn't be enough but I was stuffed.”

“I am Schnoogs newest number 1 fan!! As someone who has been gluten free for two years, I could not be more impressed with Schnoogs’ selection and variety of GF products. Hands down the best GF scones I have ever had (and I live in NYC). I’ve had the breakfast sandwich with gluten free bread twice now and it’s been amazing. Delicious GF/ vegan brownies, GF cookies and wedges (GF biscuit with bacon, cheese, chives). Sally and the entire staff have been so lovely every time we’ve been in - our new friends in town!! Couldn’t recommend Schnoogs enough! Can’t wait to come back every time I’m in town and try something new off the amazing menu.”

“Ate here for the first time last night. My husband and I arrived just after they opened at 3:00 with another couple. This was the first time the four of us had dined here. We were not disappointed, as we heard good things about this place. Great service at the fall bar when my husband arrived before our friends, and had a couple of drinks as we waited. We were pleasantly chatted up with the bartender and we felt very welcome. The humble atmosphere was "old school", as far as lay-out and decor. As a Boomer, this place reminded me of family restaurants we had grown up with during my growing-up years in the 60's and 70's that we loved dining at. We were all seated in a deep, comfy booth. The dining room was beginning to fill up quickly by 4pm, and you'll notice the dining room is very "tight" and tables close together, so you must be somewhat agile to weave through tight spaces. The staff is plentiful and they are bustling. We each chose from the Early Bird menu (selected dishes at the deep discount of two meals for $29.99 from 3:00-6:00pm) which starts out with good bread and fondue, delicious soup or salad; the entrees are flavorful and well prepared, desserts included. Service was prompt, attentive and friendly. By 5:00 this dining room was full and because it is family oriented and tables closely spaced, be prepared for a noisy background, but somehow this brings a happy sound to add to the mix. Good date-place, but light conversation probably should be the topics of choice. My hearing is keen, but here, deep meaningful conversation should wait until you get back into the car. Bathroom facilities should probably get an update. But, other than that, great meals, friendly service, lots of attentive staff.”

“We try a new place to eat every month. The food here was outstanding. Wich is good because we drove 11/2hrs to get here. We ordered about 4:45 lucky for me the prime rib was finished. Menu says not until 5pm. My son had the Philly cheese. My wife fish & chips. We had jalapeño poppers and calamari for appetizers. Every item was delicious. The waitress was great. She never wrote anything down and everything was right.i wish I'd asked her name. I have no idea of where the low reviews come from our experience was well worth the 3hr round trip.”
