Let me start by saying "I love ChowKing"! The restaurant is clean and the menu is simple and easy to understand. For breakfast, the tocino is tasty, and the longganisa is one of the best I have ever had. The lunch and dinner menu provide great options including siomai, noodle soup, sweet and sour chicken bowls, and perfectly cooked fried chicken. ChowKing is my place to grab a quick and reasonable priced meal.
First observation when you enter, this place is CLEAN and well maintained, which makes for a pleasant and inviting dining experience. Most folks at the register are friendly and efficient. We come for a quick small snack during our morning walk. A 4 piece siomai takes the edge off and are flavorful little nuggets of dim sum. Very clean, that’s the first thing you’ll notice. We got the spicy chicken special…it was amazing. I love jollibee but chowking definitely has them beat. Also the asada siampo is absolutely delicious!
