“Food is excellent as we ordered tacos and a torta. We ordered the special namesake torta and it was very good and large. It had hot dogs on it and all sorts of other ingredients. But the winner was both the pollo and al pastor tacos with real good sauce and it was moist and delicious. I would recommend ordering it spicy as medium was very mild. It’s a food truck kitty corner from the see’s factory on El Camino. All the tortillas are made fresh on the spot.“

“This review is solely on food as it's a food truck and it's service and atmosphere is about as good as any food truck around that being said for me their food is really really good their El pastor and carnitas is delicious their carne asada is flavorful so that equals to very good tacos and burritos which is all I've had from this spot. While I miss the salsa bar, a casualty of the pandemic, it was heartening to find the tacos tasting just as delicious as they did six years ago during my recent work trip. “This is the best burrito in the peninsula, hands down. This is what a burrito should taste like! I've been coming here for decades, and the consistency stays the same. It's always a great price at $9 super burritos! The service is always friendly and even if it's crowded you still don't wait long for your food! Also, the original El Farolito in SF invented the burrito.“

“I don’t normally give 5 star ratings but feel this place deserves it. It’s a hidden gem in downtown South San Francisco that serves authentic, unpretentious Salvadoran (and Mexican) food. The pupusas (we had the ones with pork, cheese and beans) were absolutely delicious and inexpensive. They go well with the house coleslaw and the mild chili sauce. The Salvadoran enchiladas (more like tacos) were very good as well. The best part of this restaurant is the staff, who are warm, generous, and kind. They really make you feel this is neighborhood place. We will definitely return to sample more items on the menu.

“This place is great! i was a little skeptical when i walked in, but watching the girl in the back making the tortillas was top notch. The tacos were huge! and the portions were just right. Now, the salsa was what brought the meal together, it was spicy that if you didn’t have chest on your hair? let me tell you…you might after trying it. truly a homemade meal. highly recommend.“

“The pink pancakes, huevos rancheros and chiliques were outstanding. Loved the food. The place is in an odd location: industrial fruit packing district in a weird parking lot. We didn’t think we were at the right place because of all the fork lifts. Server was lovely. It’s not the best atmosphere for breakfast but the food was good.“
