“If you haven’t been here, you’re missing out. The kitchen is incredible and never fails on a single meal. I’ve been coming here since moving to SF. The Burritos are the best in the city, on a flavor scale and even standing up on its own, because come on, if a burrito falls over there’s too much in it. The Tortas are exactly what you remember from Mexico, the bread is spot on! The service is incredible and never pass up on a drink here!“
“Picked up lunch and loved the freshness and flavor of the food. The location is on a busy stretch of El Camino, so look for the flags outside. Be prepared that you might have to park a block away depending on the time of day. Small but clean dining room. Friendly owner. Burritos were great and the quesadilla was filled with an obscene amount of cheese! Guacamole was fantastic. Will be back!“
“The food has good flavor, the portions are generous and everything looked fresh. We ordered the fried calamari to start, followed by a 7 mares (7 seas) soup and Coctel de Camarones. Service was good considering they just opened up and are dialing things in.“
“A delightful dining experience! The New Mexico Cuisine at Mr. Taco Man is a revelation. The green chile pepper in their dishes adds a unique zest that's hard to find elsewhere in San Mateo. Must-try for anyone who loves a good burrito with a twist!“
“I have been looking for good Mexican Restaurant since moving to California 3 years ago. We happen to be in San Bruno and found Taqueria Mi Durango. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Jose he was friendly and smiled and when I asked what his favorite was he said fish and shrimp taco so I got one each they were awesome. My boyfriend got the Birria Tacos and he said they were the best he has ever had ( and thats what he normally gets) Everything was fresh and amazing. I highly recommend stopping here for lunch or dinner. Or if you are looking for an event to be catered.“
