TO MANAGEMENT: I went around 10 AM, when it opened. If ingredients are out, there should be signs posted that state that! Don't tell me an ingredient is out when I get to step 5 of the process. It's dishonest and does not represent the value of the bowl I paid for. Seaweed salad and edamame beans were out, but they told me at the last step in the process. First of all, this is my favorite poke place ever for almost 5 years now since I moved from Florida to California. I recently came back in the area for work in May this year 2026 from 2024 and already got 3 bowls in less than a month that’s how much I love this place. But question for the management, what is going on with your staff customer service skills? Do they not want to work for you?
