The new staff they have has one of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Very professional even the young adults working there are very kind. The food is always fresh and made just right. It’s always hot, even when I ask for specific directions on my food they always get it down. Very happy with the new staff and the food is amazing ! Would recommend
I pulled in the drive through with only one car in front of me and there was an employee outside taking their order. I was waiting about 5 minutes and decided it might be faster inside. No customers were at the ordering counter so I stepped up and was told to order on the Kiosh. I was already frustrated from waiting in the drive through but figured out the Kiosh machine. so u have to order at the kiosk and pay a paper receipt is mot an option so chose text which i never received . i asked for ranch he was like oh we charge for that but gave me hella mild sauce packets cuz those are basically the same right. and also there food shrunk but also got expensive $28 for 2 combo meals....
