“Chips and salasa was the bomb..Great service, food tasted amazing, everyone very polite and friendly. Waiters came around and offered refills on drinks and fresh homemade tortillas.. restrooms were clean.I do not get to Stockton that often but I will be back.“
“We moved almost a year ago near Miracle Mile. This was our first and amazing find! Everything is made and cooked fresh. The Chili Rellenos are the best I've ever had! Amigo tacos are crispy and delicious too!All the staff are friendly and considerate. They even accept substitutions or menu modifications,if possible.Their prices are competitive and very reasonable for the quantity and quality of food made.FYI, we have dined in. Very clean. Usually we just call our order in as we are less than a mile away for Take Out.“
“Nice little spot that's hard to miss. Everyone should give this place a shot if you want some of the best quick Mexican bites in Stockton.Quick, friendly, and professional with amazing food. I've had everything from the tortas to plates and the prices are too good to be true for the quality of the food.Support these folks and stop by the next time you're headed their way.“
“Food is very good the red salsa has a nice kick to it, prices are good compared to other food trucks in the area. This is one of the rare places that doesnt charge for extra salsa. The staff is very nice also a rare thing to see in food trucks. If you are in the area stop by and give them a try.“
“I very rarely ever post reviews on google but this place so great I had to, so here we go. Where do I even start! We loved this place! So glad it's here. I guarantee we'll be here multiple times a month. Our server went above and beyond to ensure we had nothing but the best experience possible. The chips and salsa was fresh! The fries are seasoned and crispy! All of their plates were DELICIOUS. The shrimps are large and cooked to perfection. The seafood cocktail is the best I've had anywhere in Northern California. The tortillas were handmade and top tier. The calamari was seasoned and battered perfectly. The molcAjete was so GOOD that I literally drank the rest of the sauce. The sauce is so unbelievably good; I can't even explain it. They recently opened to it's still picking up. But nevertheless it's quiet and hospitable. Try it! You won't regret it!“
“The restaurant is inside the meat market, so go inside if you want cheap eats. The menu is limited and seems like birria tacos is their specialty. I ordered the super burritos and you can't beat it for the price. It's like 8.75 not including tax. The one take away from this place is the area is super sketchy. Park in front of the business and beeline it back to your car. I had a guy walking towards me when leaving the restaurant and he stopped in front of my car when I was able to get in it before he got to me. Beware of your surroundings.“
“A little out of the way but WORTH IT !!I absolutely LOVED their chicken tacos !! So fresh & amazing !! You have to try them with the sauces. AMAZING.If you craving delicious tacos, come to Fiesta !!Parking: Lots of parking to the sides and behind FIESTA“
“Mario took my order and his customer service made me feel as if I knew him asking right off the bat after taking my order would I like a drink, or some salsa, or what condiments I might want, even listing off all the available drinks before I could even ask. Not to mention the tacos and horchata were amazing not like most places where the meat all taste the same. The chicken tacos were bomb but the carne asada was in all honesty some of the best I've had. Really flavorful. 5 starts can't do no less“
“I ordered this many months ago and I took a picture but I have forgotten to upload it. The lady was very polite and was patient enough to explain certain items on the menu that I was unfamiliar with. I believe the name of this dish is beef tostada. It was very delicious and I highly recommend El Comal.“
“The Food was really favorable, I would gave 5 stars but I must admit the meat was very very salty, that wasn't pleasant to taste, if you guys cut back on the salt the food would be A 5 star for sure but other than that the food was amazing.“
“We haven’t tried the food yet (but we ordered plenty!), just had to show love to the owner and family as our first encounter here made us feel like family! Their chicharrons are amazing and so flavorful. Definitely will return! They are passionate about doing good for the community as well. They will even take EBT for hot food. That is big for families. Really appreciate it.“
“We ordered food for a gathering of 25 people for Sunday. My husband stopped by the morning of while he was out running errands and they were gracious enough to prepare the food early. Especially since it's a busy time of year. As always the food was delicious and my out of town guest really enjoyed our favorite local spot. The staff was friendly and helpful.“
“Love this place. Great food, great service, great people. The guy, Mark that left a 1 star review leaves a 1 star in every place he reviews so please don't believe that genius. But it's a great, clean spot with delicious food and outdoor seating. Also has the best Jamaica and their queso birria is bomb“
“Very clean! Inside and outside beautiful. Food was good, it could use little more seasoning / salt. Otherwise it was good, staff was super friendly. The inside is nice, good for big families and couple who just want to sit at the bar. I liked it.“
“Xochimilco has been our family's go-to Mexican restaurant for decades. Even though we now live in Sacramento, we will drive to Stockton to get it. There's a ton of Mexican restos in Sac, but they cannot compare. The homemade flour tortillas are key. Favorite dishes are chile relleno, pork burrito, chicken crispy tacos, and chicken quesadillas. Call for takeout orders~“
“If I could use an F word .. the burger is F GOOD.. .. This place I was passing by and my sister convinced me to go in. I'm so glad I did. Best ??I've had in a long while....Def must try even if you use drive-thru.. very fresh, thick patty and bacon. It was a cheat day and worth it. Not in the best area, but that's stockton. CaParking: Lock your doors. ⏰️ and put that alarm on.“
“This place is AMAZING!! our office has been hooked on their tacos, but anything we have gotten there has been a hit. The flavor is on point, and the ladies there are very nice. The agus frescas are perfect in the summer.Dietary restrictions: They have keto tacos and veggie options“
“(Translated by Google) I would love to know where they buy the bolillo, I live in Oregon and I can't find that bolillo here, please contact me.(Original)Me encantaria Saber donde compran el bolillo yo vivo en oregon y Aqui no encuentro ese bolillo porfavor pasenme el contacto.“
“This is a nice clean little taco truck in kinda a sketchy part of town. It's in a gas station parking lot. The girls at the window were super nice and helpful. We got 2 burritos, it was ready in like 5 minutes and they were great! Really good tortillas, the burritos were huge and they didn't skimp on the fillings. We just had the pastor and carne asada this time but they have a couple of fun things like nachos and a hot Cheetos burrito that we'll have to try next time.“
“Without a doubt one of the best Mexican takeout places in Stockton. The place looks way outdated on the outside but inside is where the magic happens. The ladies are friendly and the service is good. All the different kinds of burrito filling are tremendously good. Highly recommended!“
“Well worth the wait. I liked the service however they were busy and it took a while to order but this place is very eye lol appealing, tasty and fresh. I got fresas con crema and esquite. I would come back for sure. Regret not taking picture but ate it all before thinking about it ?“
“Excellent Authentic Mexican cuisine, in a clean pleasant atmosphere, with limited Handicap seating available, truly friendly & helpful counter service. I ordered a favorite classic, chicken quesadilla, which did not disappoint❗Parking: Handicap Parking is available right in front of the restaurant. ?“
“$2 tacos food was delicious I ordered extra crispy tripas with verde salsa also ordered asada burrito and everything was very good they have grilled onions and jalapeños and have all the condiments (radishes pickled carrots and jalapeños ) some trucks never have it all but this one is always busy and consistent! Would definitely recommend. Truck is by pep boys on grant and mlk down south across from the gas station!“
“The food here is amazing! The moment you walk into the small store front, you are greeted with the amazing aroma of fresh tortillas. The tortillas are made by hand from scratch. The service is quick and friendly. Everyone behind the counter is constantly moving. They are grinding masa, frying up chips, chopping up the meat for tacos among other tasks. I cannot stress how incredible these tortillas are. Do yourself a favor and come try these tortillas!“
“Now this is a good place, its a little hidden and a lil ghetto but this spot right here is definitely hitting and everything from there quesatacos to their burritos are on point they even got a lil supermarket you could go to and get you a lil drink or something while you waiting fye fasho“
“First timer and it was BOMB?Mi Primavera y esta para bailar la BOMMBA!Burrito for breakfast and Menudo Was FIRE?Burrito y Menudo para Desayunar Era LumbreLoved it !!Lo vit !!You want something good and cant decide?? You won't be disappointed on the Food ???“
“The restaurant is beautiful and the food looked delish. The three salsas were all good with different heat levels. The drinks very tasty . The diner was just ok on flavour I wish there was cheese inside the enchiladas with the chicken . Also the chilli reano appatozers was awesome . Chips very good .“
“I absolutely love this place. The food is fresh and delicious. Our waitress Tina was helpful friendly. This restaurant makes you feel like you're part of the family I had the cocido it was delicious. The chimichangas are excellent and the quesadilla with beef is bomb. It's located by the police department so there tends to be lots of police there on occasion highly recommend this place.“
“Ordered food for our co-workers here at the shop.Everyone really enjoyed there burritos, as this was a big order appreciate the quality of the food. And also the staff was super patient with us while taking the order. Definitely would consider them for future lunch orders.“
“It is a taco truck inside a parking lot. I ordered 4 tacos, 2 beef and 2 chicken. One each with hot sauce. Hot sauce tastes much better than mild sauce, so try it out if you can stand some spicy. 2 dollars for each taco.p.s. cash only, but i guess this is one of the hidden rules to street food in US“
“Decided to try after hearing the menudo was the best. Didn't wait long for food to come out. Menudo was in fact delicious. Smaller bowl for the price compared to other places that serve bigger bowls though. Enchilada combo was ordered for party member as well. Enchilada had bland taste that was better after adding salsa. Came with side of 2 tablespoons, maybe, of rice and beans and a small hard taco filled with mostly lettuce. Guess they ran out of rice? Two of us ordered the menudo which came with microwaved tortillas...and quickly ran out of them even so. Waitress wasn't attentive, even though we were the only ones eating there. Would definitely order the menudo again.“
“I've been going to this place for over 20 years. The food is good. It hasn't changed over the years. The people know me and know what I want. People don't believe that I get a dish that African Americans eat and I don't cook it anymore. I learned that they fry it. When I or my mother cooked it we boiled it. They also have great asada burritos.“
“Great tacos (chicken, asada, Al pastor) & tamales! Beans & rice are very good as well. Also on cold days loved the chicken caldo, reys caldo & posole! Enjoyed the mixed plates as well as the family meal. We ordered the family meal several times as well for sporting events, birthday, celebrations etc. Friendly people, great service! Only 1 minor thing,... they charge you for the cilantro & onions when ordering the family meal! What?? Really?? Otherwise would have given 5+ stars.“
“The woman who served us was so kind! The place was hopping and we were a family of 6, but she didn't make us feel rushed. Free tortillas, salsa and beans were served while we looked over the menu. The home made tortillas were sooo good. Most of us had tacos; pollo, carne asada, and carnitas were all juicy. Served with cilantro and onions, no salsa. They had two bottles of house made salsa (a red and green) on the table, and both were quite spicy. The tacos were very large - much bigger than street size. My son had a burger and fries and said he liked it. They also have a little stand of chamoy, candied fruits, and Michelada mixes to go.“
“This place hits the spot in Trinity Parkway. I ordered their $12 Friday Special which came with 5 tacos and a soda can as well as 2 super burritos. You can tell they take their care with the ingredients as everything was fresh and hot. I liked how the lady that took my order was nice and efficient. The only thing to be aware of is that there is a $1 fee to use your debit/credit card. A tiny bit of a wait. The salsa is tasty! I'll be back to try more. Love the convenience.“
“They have always been so kind to me over the years I have patronized them. Very flavorful meat. Tacos are my favorite and they are always just so dang hot even after I get home. They put grilled onions and serrano pepper. Hot and mild sauces are very well made as well. Highly recommend.“
“We decided to try this restaurant because of their Menudo reviews. The Menudo with hominy and all the fixing was served deliciously in a large bowl. My guest had enchiladas with rice and beans that she enjoyed. Prices are reasonable, but the services need to take it up a notch. We were not offered a refill on our drinks.“
“The restaurant is inside the meat market, so go inside if you want cheap eats. The menu is limited and seems like birria tacos is their specialty. I ordered the super burritos and you can't beat it for the price. It's like 8.75 not including tax. The one take away from this place is the area is super sketchy. “Don’t miss this absolute gem!! It’s a bar at night but it’s totally family friendly during the day. The people are so amazing and kind and the food is absolutely delicious. What a great lunch spot!! I got the pastor tacos and beans and it was so flavorful and incredible and my friend got the pozole and a super torta. Everything we got was amazing. Family business and great food“
“A neighborhood localy family owned and operated Mexican restaurant with authentic taste I love to eat there and been going there for many years they definitely get a five star rating in my book come on down to Stockton California.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp up and down“
“Been coming here for years. My favorite truck. Everything is soo delicious here. My favorite are the shrimp tacos and all the fixings you can add. The burritos and seafood is also on point. The ladies that work there are the absolute sweetest and best!“
“One of my preferred taco trucks. Bummed out they ran out of chicken for my burrito but got the pastor and it was pretty good. Gorditas are good as well. Usually there is a bit of wait, but I was lucky no one was there this visit...but that usually is a good thing when you go to a food place and there is a wait because of customers. It usually means the food is good.“
“This is a food trailer in a gas station parking lot in an old, somewhat sketchy part of Stockton. But who cares?!!! The food is awesome, the truck is spic-and-span clean, and the women working it are friendly, engaging, and helpful. My son and I stopped here on our way back to the Bay Area after a round of golf in Angels Camp. We both were in the mood for Mexican and this place showed up as the closest when we got into the Stockton area on Hwy 4. I am SO glad we stopped here!My son ordered a pollo asado super burrito. He couldn't stop raving about how good it was, plus it was HUGE. I ordered a super burrito bowl with carnitas. The meat was perfect! I always judge a Mexican place by how good their carnitas are. It has to have the right amount of salt and should have good chew from the flat top without being tough. Tacos El Pelon carnitas checked all the boxes!Definitely going to make this a regular stop when I'm in the area!“
“This taco truck offers the BEST VALUED food from any taco truck in Stockton. Other taco trucks skim the meat from you food. BUT Here You will get the meat worth for your buck! Their service is FAST! I recommend calling in advance to avoid the long wait! If they make a mistake let them know what was wrong with your order politely and then will remake your order! ? ? I recommend the Pastor Burrito ?! ?“
“Randomly wife and I were in the area and came upon this place it looked schechy from the outside. Like they were painting or remodeling the outside. But once inside a complete surprise super friendly family experience and the food was on point. Would definitely come back ???“
“Took a quick trip to Stockton but couldn't decide what to eat. Figured might as well try it, since it's on our way out of town anyways. Did not disappoint. Will be taking "Quick trips" just to get some food here. ? I wanted asada fries, but can't eat that while I'm driving, they had the solution, a California Burrito. Basically, asada fries in a burrito. Omg, satisfied the craving and then some. The chicken was cooked just right, juicy & flavorful. The lengua was perfect, & you know, lengua is very delicate, it has to be done just right to get the correct texture and flavor. They added bacon to the mulitas. I can go on & on, but you shpild def. Try yourself. We got green sauce on everything, since I prefer mild, so good . We didn't have to add any extra sauce or anything. Everything was perfect. 10/10 recommend ?. We got a taco for here, while we waited for our burritos to go. And the prices were good too.“
“The sweet bread is very good, my favorite is the one with cajeta filling. There is more variety after 10 am. The champurrado is delicious. And very good atmosphere. Very good selection of pan dulce, my favorite is the one filled with caramel! The champurrado, hot chocolate and corn flavored hot drink, is very delicious. The ambience is nice.“
“First time at this taco truck just now got a burrito bowl. I can't believe how much food I got for the price and it was so good. I got a chicken burrito bowl. The chicken was tender juicy and flavorful. Definitely a go to for me from now on. My baby loved it too.“
“Primo was the taco truck at Track 7 for the day when I visited. It's about #8 for a burrito that's smaller than a chiptole burrito, but the adobada meat is actually pretty good and spicy on its own! Their salsa that you can ask for on the side is actually spicy as well - kept my stomach pretty warm despite my high spice tolerance. Wouldn't mind having it again along with my beer(s) at Track 7 for sure! Worth checking out.“
“Finally tried this hidden gem. Numerous people have told me about this place and I finally checked it out. The chips and green salsa was excellent. I had chorizo and eggs and it came with rice and beans and 2 huge handmade tortillas. Everything was absolutely delicious. Love the flavors-salsa, rice, beans, chorizo and tortillas. I absolutely highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.“
