“This is a nice clean location conveniently located inside of Ralphs. Coffee and shopping? Yes please. Definitely stop by instead of going to the stand alone one located in the plaza. Not having a long line, having your drink made just right and once again cleanliness is why I am taking the time to write this! Also Claudia and Mojan were the baristas and they were very cool. I wish these two ladies all the best and two thumbs up for this spot.“
“A beacon at the end of a traffic-filled canyon.We were coming back from a wedding in Beverly Hills heading to the Pasadena area. The day had gone well, the service was wonderful, dinner amazing. About halfway through the canyon when the traffic was at its worst, my wife got crippling intestinal cramps. It's a fairly new condition but this time it struck without warning. The bride in the car Googled quickly and found this Starbucks. We live parked out front, hurried inside, my wife barely able to walk, and I got her to the bathroom. While waiting, the bride bought a coffee while I worried myself to death. After what felt like years, I knocked on the door to see if my wife was okay. I couldn't hear anything. The music in the store was too loud. I didn't have to ask, they saw my panic and simply turned it off. Then I heard the wife asking for help, more like moaning for help. But, she had locked the door and had no way to get to it. I asked about a key for the lock above the keypad and they said they didn't have one. Then one of the staff came over with a pair of scissors and undid the lock like a safecracker, then he gave me the code. I went in and helped the wife until she could stand on her own and got her back in the car. The groom grabbed a bottle of water for my wife and had his wallet out to pay and the staff said "Don't worry about it. Make sure she is okay. We got this."Got the wife to the car, got home, and all is well.I will always remember the cleanest bathroom, the most amazingly helpful staff, and the coldest bottle of water. Kindness in a crisis is something so rare in the world these days. I want to thank the staff that helped us without question we truly needed that help.“

“This Starbucks used to be my go to location. It was once a Reserve store and maybe it is still the same but I don't see the difference between a regular store versus the Reserved.Back in the days my buddy used to be a partner at this location. Because of that this location was very familiar to me. Quick, easy and convenient are the best things I can say about it. There are times now days that I would create a mobile order and pick up after a hike at Fryman Canyon. It is easy to access, there are plenty of parking in the rear and very accessible to other stores in the local area. Recently I would tell people to meet me at this location for quick hang outs and I feel that the location is just centralized enough to have those meet ups. Parking: large private parking in the rearVERDICT: Rinse and repeat“
