“Been to this place a number of times, always an enjoyable experience with friendly service and good coffee. Also is always a clean and inviting place and one of my favorite places to stop on Ventura and Sepulveda Blv. I have only good things to say about this place. Enjoy!“
“All good on this visit ! Service was fast and order was correct ! I ordered the usual drink the black tea lemonade, no food on this visit. My only issue is that ALL the tables and chairs on the exterior were removed - I'm assuming this is because of the heavy transient population in the area . Even so there should be a couple of chairs posted outside on a beautiful day !“
“YAY! Another Starbucks location! and conveniently located right in the new Pavilions on Ventura. Did my normal grocery shopping and ended with a quick coffee to go. Went straight from self checkout to the Starbucks menu to pick my holiday drink to go. I'm not sure how much action this Starbucks will get in the future, but coffee is always a welcome distraction. I like having Starbucks in my grocery stores like Vons, Pavilions, and Target so that I have something to drink while shopping. However, because of COVID I now have to do things backwards and get the coffee after my shopping since I can't really enjoy the coffee while shopping when wearing a mask. The staff at this location was very friendly and the service was quick! Got my Venti Chestnut Praline Latte and was a happy camper back to the parking lot. There are a few other Starbucks locations in the area, but if you are going to Pavilions already, you get get 2 birds with 1 stone.“
“Today I tried Oleto Goldn Foam, a pleasant delicate and aromatic taste of coffee, truly invigorating coffee, I woke up immediately)) a successful combination in this new product, of course I also want to note the friendly and responsive service, they always listen to my preferences, I appreciate this, my recommendations and see you soon))“
“I got my usual drink the black tea lemonade, unsweetened, with no issues as always. My only issue with this Starbucks is that it closes too early - 9 p.m. is too early for folks that want a late night cup of coffee once in a while, especially on the weekends.“
“I just want to say that I really appreciate this starbucks. I think whoever managing must be doing a good job, because the lattes here always taste good. They have a sweetness (w/o syrups) that shows the machines are cleaned correctly and the staffed is trained to make them correctly, because I have been to other locations where the lattes just don’t taste good either repeatedly, or are inconsistent on the taste.Thank ya’ll for that!!“

“First, if you're in a hurry, and there's a line 30 people deep, maybe don't order drinks? Don't forget Starbucks does mobile orders so the line is bigger than you see. This place is about the size of two porta potties strapped together and the facts that they cram 5 or more employees back there (hopefully no one farts) is nuts, but they do and it works. Second, in that condition I would fully expect the staff to be cranky but they're not. They're havin fun, working hard and crankin drinks out faster than you'd think. I only got in line cause I hate shopping and needed a break. It was a harrowing experience watching them take order after order all while the line grew. Nice work y'all! To the tall skinny kid? Keeban edit: Keegan, you have a great attitude dude, perfect Oat Cappuccino. If I had a coffee shop, I'd recruit you and your crew in a second!“
“I come to a lot of Starbucks and this team is the best. So attentive, friendly and fun. I don't normally come here, but they have a lot of regulars which they know by name and know their drink order and it was really great to see how they worked under pressure!
