“This a good location with parking in the back a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating. The food was good, standard fare, and the nitro was just as good as any.The employees were great and friendly. As usual however, some corpo freak wants a bigger bonus so they obviously cut back on labor costs. Prepare for a wait, and don't come if you're in a hurry. The workers do their best, but you can't make a million lattes with just 4 peopleSchultz, you are a piece of mierd a. Pay workers what they're owed, and stop cheaping out on labor costs. You're messing with the customer experience just so you can have another Rolex or something. Stop it.“
“Great to have a Starbucks drive thru nearby, BUT... it can get hectic sometimes with people coming in from Laurel Canyon Blvd, blocking any cars from getting in/out of the small parking lot while the line queues up from Burbank Ave (the proper way). I would be timid to park in the lot in fear of getting blocked in until the drive thru line subsides. Otherwise, friendly staff, they always love saying hi to my bulldog and will continue to use the drive thru. Entering from Burbank Blvd that is.“
