O M G they have duck blood. It's hard to find duck blood here in the States, especially in NorCal. I don't know if it's one of these "imitation duck blood" like the ones they have in SoCal or if it's actual duck blood, but it taste real enough to me. Duck blood is superior to pork blood IMO. This store smells so good -- the first thing I noticed on my first visit. We came here for lunch on a weekend and there was almost no other customers. Quite a lot or options to choose on the menu, even for the soup base too! We had a very nice dining experience! Ordering was purely on iPad and so pretty convenient.

We got takeout from here tonight and it was really good as always. We ordered the Chengdu spicy soup base. You need a large pot and boil several quarts of water. Then throw in the 2 boxes of spices and spicy lard rectangles they give you. This is my younger son's favorite hot pot since he loves spicy hot pots.
