“Yumm yum yum is what I have to say. Ají Teppanyaki is one of my favorite hibachi trucks. I first tried them when they had a brick and mortar in reseda but they closed it down sigh but I'm glad they have the truck here in Sylmar and it's honestly closer to me. I love that everything is freshly made to order and is super flavorful. I always get the chicken plate with fried rice as well as the New York steak combo plate. Don't sleep on the fried rice it's amazing. I always order garlic butter on the side and it's quite tasty. They do often put specials on their instagram so go check out their page and I love when they have the $10 chicken plates. They offer catering as well.“

My first time trying this place, but hands down beats the typical restaurants you would go to in the valley. This is my new go to for Teppanyaki. Meat - seasoned and cooked to perfection; Lobster - buttery and divine; fried rice - fluffy and drool inducing; veggies - perfectly sautéed and plentiful; sauces - beyond reproach! “First time trying this place and the food here was amazing definitely worth a try if you want to eat something different. Veggies is good, meats are juicy and delicious, I will deff be going back at least once every other month. Because price is crazy expensive! Service was fast and on time. Lastly the ambience is non-existent due to it being a food truck. So it's next to a gas station.“
“It's cool I just like going in the afternoon I usually get the same thing you can use the Mongolian grill like hibachi then add like rice or vermicelli rice noodles to meat and vegetable mixture you do have to get creative to make it amazing but if you been to one Asian buffet you been to them all but I will say there sushi game is on point make sure you tip the grill and sushi guys they don't tip the back house at the places so if you ever see a tip jar at the special spot like Mongolian grill or sushi in any buffet that usually means they don't get any of the tips you give the waiter“
“I’m rarely LA the price can be a bit high but incredible food and quality/quantity so it makes up for. Owner was very cool too. Filet Mignon and the Lobster hibachi with rice were both perfect ? 10/10 I’m gonna try the yum yum or Diablo sauces next time I’m here. The garlic butter was great with the lobster ?“
“Great food, I felt the portion size was good. I shared a plate and felt that it was still more than enough. Service was also good, they accept cards which is convenient and the wait time isn't bad. I recommend the Steak and shrimp combo. A must try!!!!“
“Did the teppan table for my son's birthday and overall, it was a good experience. Our chef was decent but could have been a little more engaging. He did a good job and cooked the food well and everyone was happy with the flavors and their meals.“

While there were unforeseen shortages of wine and beer due to the enthusiastic weekend crowd, the staff promptly resolved the matter. The ambiance was perfectly suited for intimate conversations among a small group, maintaining an ideal balance between not being overly subdued and not being excessively boisterous. Tonight I happily waited about an hour and the host, Nimi, was more than accommodating to seat us at the bar while we waited for our takeout. She was the sweetest most patient host! I came in on my 1 year anniversary and they were slammed. I mean customers yelling asking why they're waiting so long slammed. But Nimi kept composure and handled the situation professionally. And to be honest, idk why anyone would press them about seating, obviously their customers know how amazing the food is. Like what are you in a hurry for? ANYWAY! I 100000% recommend this place to anyone visiting the valley or for life long takeout customers!“
“Had a blast, service was good, and the food was great. My only complaints at all was that the miso was a little watered down, and teriyaki sauce was pretty bland. Other than that, I couldn't have been happier. Definitely will be back again for those special occasions. Oh, the bar has good 5 dollar apps, and the food comes out super quick, so place to stop while waiting for your table.Parking: Large giant shopping center parking.“
“the food was very delicious, they cooked my steak to perfection i asked for medium well and that's exactly what i got it was super tender and very flavorful, the service was amazing super friendly people and very attentive making sure they have everything right before they send you off, they pack you utensils along with sauces of your choice, the ambience is very welcoming and nice chill spot to stop by for some great food & their prices are very reasonable definitely recommend (:“
