Love this winery! The wine is one of the best in the valley. We love visiting the Paso Robles winery and the Temecula tasting room. Paso Robles is the mother ship of wineries. We enjoy both and the wines say so much for the winery. Outdoor and indoor seating in Temecula. Entertainment and food on the weekends. The staff is wonderful and the grounds of course are beautiful.
Went to the Temecula location to pick up my wine club shipment. We spend a lovely Sunday afternoon on the terrace with Heber pouring tastings for us. Wow, such good wines! The vibe is much more understated than at the main winery in Paso Robles area. There was a pizza tent with Bobcat Pizza who sold out in about 3 hours after firing up the oven. Walked in for some wine tasting and had a great experience at Halter Ranch. The service was awesome. All of the staff were very friendly. The wines were delicious. The Malbec was my favorite. Also a bottle of 2009 Syrah, not on the tasting menu, was opened and I got to try it. It was fabulous. I left with two bottles each. Pizza is made on the weekends. If I had been hungry I would've tried it too; next time I guess. I will definitely visit again!
