I'm in the middle of my rating of this review. I love the food Rubio's produce. I Just didn't like how the employee handled my order when I presented that the order being wrong.
Just went to Rubio on Ynez. The clerk Nicy was just on point. She did 3 things at once and made me feel like I was her priority. How refreshing to get great customer service. Thank you Rubios for a good experienc. A loyal custome.
