It was my wife's birthday and we had made plans to enjoy Altisima months in advance but because we weren't members we could not make reservations. There was a long wait and my mother-in-law is handicapped. We looked for seating on the lawn to take in the breathtaking view and enjoy some wine but there wasn't enough seating for our group of five. Laura came to the rescue and to make a long story short, we were fully accommodated. Her grace and professionalism made the entire night a wonderful celebratory occasion. Gaspar, your manager gets it and for that reason alone we will not hesitate to return.“
