Let me start by saying Laura is an exceptional manager. We dined at Gaspar's Restaurant last Saturday with my in-laws. It was my wife's birthday and we had made plans to enjoy Altisima months in advance but because we weren't members we could not make reservations. There was a long wait and my mother-in-law is handicapped. We came on a Saturday to celebrate our anniversary and got a few glasses of wine and some apps. It was a very windy day but it was still nice to sit on the patio and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The wines were great and the appetizers were a good size. The flavors of the appetizers were good but the jamon Serrano could have used butter or cheese from the bread as it was a little dry! The calamari was amazing and very lightly breaded. We would order it again!

This restaurant is inside Altisima winery. We ordered the gambas appetizer and the sauce was delicious, the shrimp tasted pretty fresh. We also got the chicken sandwich and it just tasted like a typical sandwich with bacon, avocado, tomato and lettuce. No special sauce or anything. If you order wine, the pour will be big.
