One of Establos' strengths is that it's a true meat market - so they're using some of the freshest ingredients. Been going here for years and one day, I asked what kind of tortillas they used in the kitchen to make burritos. Not the OTC Mission kind or others. They whipped out a bag (No name, who cares) of the large flour tortillas they use for the burritos you buy there. About ten for only $5.00!Far superior to the commercial ones. I freeze them and use as needed. Very nice staff the day I went in.

Great spot for lunch or any special ingredients you can’t find at other grocery stores. Fresh meat, salsa and spices of all kinds for any dish you want to make. I love the California burrito with carne asada, it is very flavorful and they give a huge portion.
