“I’ve worked in the Thousand Oaks area for over 20 years and have gone to many different restaurants during those years. This one stands out as one of the very best in terms of service, freshness of menu selections, ability to have a conversation without overwhelming loud music and noise, and ambience. The menu selection is varied so there’s something for everyone. Boroka and Jorge have created something truly special with their gem of a restaurant. I rate it as my favorite.“
“Arrived for a Friday lunch and were seated quickly in a booth. Server was Frank, and he was awesome!! I had signed up for the e club, so we chose the firecracker shrimp starter. It was delicious. My son ordered the bison burger with no lettuce or tomato and he enjoyed it. He said the bison was delicious. He really enjoyed the fries. I ordered the lunch size Kung pao chicken with brown rice and I enjoyed it. My son ordered a huckleberry beer and Frank brought him a taste of a similar beer, Walrus IPA, to try and my son actually preferred the one Frank suggested. We ended up also ordering the apple and huckleberry pie which we both enjoyed. Great service and delicious food!“
“Everything was spectacular. Our server, Felipe, was insightful, clear and overall outstanding. The bread service was the best I had thus far. Their signature salad was amazing. The lobster bisque, was good, but not my favorite. We had the filet with garlic mashed potatoes and the lobster mac n cheese. All were fabulous. They made the best virgin mojito I have had, and we loved the dark and quiet ambiance ( we sat in the back dining space). We will definitely dine here again.“
“I have ordered from this restaurant before on DoorDash but today is the first time I have eaten inside the dog house I definitely recommend the dog house for a fresh variety of anything you want to eat from chili cheese tater tots to grape fresh grilled chicken with ranch any style hot dog The food here is really good and is worth the Wait which was not very long.“

“During this Lent season I've been getting my fix of fish tacos on. I've been to Snapper Jacks several times in the last few weeks. I keep planning to order something different but I'm hooked on the fish tacos. I go between the hard and soft shell. But the soft shell are winning me over. Delicious! Rice and beans tops it off.“

“I come here once a year for the past 5 years because I drive up all the way from the South Bay to do reign of terror which is located within this Janss marketplace First time when I came out to that event I got there a little early so I had time to kill and was hungry and I'm going to be honest not much was open because the marketplace looked pretty dead on the weekend and nothing much was open so I ran into this place and honestly it's become tradition now to come here to get drinks and food which to me is both good I've never had issues with service and the vibe is totally what it should be for being a sport dive bar I wish I had pics but honestly I never have taken pics but the prices are decent“
“Came in for the first time yesterday. Our server Craig gave excellent service, was very attentive and answered all the questions I had regarding the menu. I had the 6oz Filet and my grandparents had the French dip sandwich. We all enjoyed our food. Everything was very delicious. We will definitely be back again soon.“
“Keyri made the cob salad, which was honestly the best salad I've ever had in my entire life. The lettuce was fresh and crispy and with dressing tossed in it was close to perfection.
