We went on a night when SNCC was serving tenders w/ fries & a biscuit. Everything was really good! Especially the chicken tenders, super crispy & cooked perfectly, fresh out of the fryer. We had to wait a few minutes for the chicken too cool down a little. I just wish they would do a night in NELA, I'd be eating at SNCC at least once every couple of weeks. It was definitely worth the 40 minute drive!
I HAVE NO REASON TO COOK FRIED CHICKEN AGAIN!!!!! Let me say consistency is key to longevity and this chef has it in spades! I've had meals and sandwiches and have not been disappointed. I don't mind driving to either location when the craving starts. The chicken is tender, juicy, and flavorful, it's fried to perfection yet not greasy.
