“Beautiful restaurant! Was such a nice change from our average “franchise or chain” restaurants locally. Great service and great food!“

“Something happened between when we called in our reservation and when we arrived. I think the kitchen staff bailed on our server or something ?. He was slammed and really doing his best. The Chianti was delicious, and we were not fussy about having to wait. I hope the kinks get worked out for next time.“

“I have a very low grade gluten allergy - no celiac or anything but boy did this make my meal experience miserable. I don't know how many times I told them not to worry too much as I wasn't going to die from a little bit of gluten, I had a supervisor warn the kitchen, a manager come to my table twice to argue my choice of meal(chicken and potatoes) and my meal came 15 minutes after my husbands did. You would think that they would have the decency to comp a drink or something but we received the bill with everything on it and full price. And to add fuel to the fire - it was my birthday.
update: Olive Garden did well in making this right. We revisited the restaurant and had a wonderful experience with an excellent waiter and had a delicious meal. The difference was to just let the waiter know that the gluten issue was a "preference" rather than an allergy. To those the redeemed the restaurant, Thank you!“

“Absolutely outstanding. Had the Brussel Sprout appetizer and the Beef Stroganoff. Both had amazing flavor. Our server Aunika was very attentive, friendly and professional. Highly recommended.“

“This place is a wonderful gem in Visalia! We came as soon as they opened at 4 pm and had a wonderful experience. The pasta dishes were delicious and the garlic bread they give was so good (were hungry and already dug in before I took the pictures), and the servers were very attentive and friendly. We would absolutely return if we were in the area again.“

“Not sure what's worse, the food or the service. Overpriced mediocre food. Our party was almost done with dinner before I got my beer. Asked for napkins, ended up getting up and getting my own from another table.“
“The food is all delicious, from their daily special, to the chorizo burrito, omelet, and chilaquiles. The drinks are amazing also. If you like sweet coffee beverages their dog lifter is to die for. The eye opener will definitely wake you up. The cappuccino is very well done. They also have a large variety of loose leaf teas to choose from.“
