A small suburban neighborhood Chinese restaurant with sleek decor and sleek food. Not too crowded, though on one Saturday lunchtime the empty restaurant was invaded by an enormous party (with a reservation) just as I was about to leave. I have been going to the Rose Garden for years and it is always been good. The service the ambience the owners are some of the kindest people in the world, so do I recommend the Rose Garden absolutely without a doubt
