“4stars means excellentEverything we ordered was very good. The green onion pork noodles and dumplings and fried pork buns were all outstanding. Other noodle soups were less exciting, but all well done. I'll certainly go back when I'm in Fremont.“
“I ordered the braised eggplant with fish garlic sauce, and the pork noodle dish. While each dish was cooked with precision, the flavors failed to leave a lasting impression. Despite their culinary craftsmanship, the flavors lacked the depth and vibrancy I had hoped for, leaving me searching for ways to enhance the taste so I added soy sauce and chili sauce. The restaurant serves as a casual outing, However, for those in pursuit of culinary enchantment and gastronomic delight, it may be worth exploring other dishes for a more captivating experience. There were fresh dumplings being made, so if I come back, I will definitely order some of those. The restaurant was pretty, quiet, and a tip I would give to the owner is to play some music in the background.“
“My family and I finally got to try Dough Zone and so happy I did. We ordered two fried potstickers, wonton soup, beef noodle soup, onion pancakes and the cucumbers. Everything was hot and delicious! My kids ate everything which was awesome because they can be picky. We finished everything and they already asked to return on the car ride home. Highly recommend! Check them out and you will not be disappointed!“
“Love their noodle soup!! Really authentic Shanghaiese food, from small dishes like pancake, egg roll, Wonton to hot dishes like sweet and sour pork ribs, fish fillet and XLB, I can taste the flavor from my hometown. Food is not greasy at all but still delicious. The restaurant is also very clean and servers are very friendly.“
“Came early and did not have to wait. Everything was delicious here. - string beans: very well flavored. Beans were crunchy and delicious- pan fried dumplings: so so so good. Could not stop eating them. The pork inside was super juicy and flavorful- soup dumplings: quite good!- meatball soup: the weakest item of all the things we got, but still decent! Will probably skip this item to try other stuff next time thoThe menu has lots of options and everything looks great!“
“The quality of the pan-fried buns is very goodIf you love pastry, you will definitely like itIt’s a fried bun with crispy skin, juicy texture and lots of meat filling?Three fresh wontons (shrimp, pork, bamboo shoots)The portion is very generous and plump, each wonton has shrimp ?It's a pity that the soup is a bit salty, but the saltiness is just a personal habit and is for reference only. This is the first time I saw braised beef noodles with boiled eggs?“
“Favorites: fish dumplings, hot and sour soup, tomato and egg noodle, braided tofuCrowded so plan ahead if party bigger than 4, I’ve only been with 2-4 peopleVegetarian options: Decent amount of good options if you’re pescatarian or vegetarian“
