Ice cream was great and the store was clean. I also noticed that the cashier named Katie was very patient with the lady in front of me. The women admitted to not knowing what size cake she wanted when making her order but demanded “some kind of refund” when she realized that the cake was too small upon pickup. Unfortunate that workers have to endure poor treatment but Katie handled the customer with a great amount of professionalism.
Ok, we don't have a lot of options for ice cream in the area. We basically have 31 Flavors, Fenton's, and Cold Stone. I don't know why, but we started calling this place Stone Cold and I can't stop calling it that now. When I want ice cream, this is my first pick. I almost always get Coffee Lovers Only, but this time I got Mud Pie. Oh my god, it is so damn good. Uh, I meant to take a picture of my creation, but I had to eat it before it melted.

We visited this Cold Stone last Saturday 11/4 around 7:50-8:30pm. It was a long line however it was a Saturday night so we had no issues waiting! Upon arrival we were greeted even though the place was packed. All employees were helping all of the waiting customers. There was one lady who was verbally attacking the staff with her family but the employees all remained calm and professional.
