“We went to this location to pick up a polar ice pizza, Reese's peanut butter cup flavor and get some ice cream while we were out. I like this location a lot it has a little sitting area for you to hang out and eat your ice cream and enjoy it and it definitely has a little bit of space for you to hang out inside soon as we walked in the staff was welcoming. Ask us if we needed help with looking for anything specific or if we wanted to try any flavors however, we were ready, in the know of what we want so we went ahead and got multiple waffle cones with 1 to 2 scoops in various cones that were but the scoops were decent and they were not skipped at all as we know some ice cream shops use a smaller scoop. However, we could never say anything bad about Baskin Robbins, especially this place hands-down very friendly group that was working the evening we went. We will be back even though it's cold outside who doesn't love a little bit of ice cream when you had a long week or just felt like you needed something sweet if you were in Vacaville check this location out they do have another one on the other side of town, however this is our choice location“
“This place is SEVERELY under staffed. The people working were hustling, but the amount of customer to server ratio was NUTS. Between walk-in orders to go, Doordash, and dine in..it was chaos. It took a minute to get sat, but service was on point, and we got seated and ordered quickly. Management, do better.“
“I had no idea this was here! I was so excited when I was told. I always liked the concord location. Came by last week to have lunch with my dad. We took it to go. Each of us got a poke bowl. I had the salmon and shrimp with half rice half lettuce for the base, sesame mayo for my sauce. It was really good. I also got a honeydew milk tea with boba that was delicious.“

This place is efficiently run and i love the cookies, however I had to edit this post, because originally I was told that the cookies were made from scratch with no preservative boy was I wrong once I read the label and the nutrition and the ingredients… THESE COOKIES ARE SO BAD FOR YOU. “Today, 03-14-2024, I arrived to pick up an Uber order, and the young man who was attending to the box did not attend to me, he looked at me in a contemptuous manner, and out of pure racism, he ignored me and attended to another person who I had just arrived, I chose to cancel the Uber order and left the place, rasistas in this place.“

“Special ordered an ice cream cake. The directions were weird and gave them some freedom to be creative. The cake decorator went above and beyond and the cake came out great!!! Thank you so much!! I won't add a photo because we added personal decorations, but I will definitely be returning for her work.“
“The only I regret I have is not coming to this place sooner! I just went in a few minutes ago and bought some elote and Cookie Monster icecream. My husband LOVES Cookie Monster icecream and we’ve been all around the states and have not found a Cookie Monster that was good. This was amazing!! A++++! And the elote…. DELICIOUS! I love that it’s family owned, they answered all our questions and were all very friendly and sweet. I recommend this place 100%! Please give them a try! And one last thing… the prices are VERY affordable!!“
“We visited this Cold Stone last Saturday 11/4 around 7:50-8:30pm. It was a long line however it was a Saturday night so we had no issues waiting! Upon arrival we were greeted even though the place was packed. All employees were helping all of the waiting customers. There was one lady who was verbally attacking the staff with her family but the employees all remained calm and professional. I felt like no matter what solution they offered the lady it just wasn't good enough for her. I felt bad for the employees having to deal with an adult throwing a temper tantrum while they were so busy like that. There was also a separate line for online orders and door dashers! One man arrived exactly one minute before we entered the store and was so rude to the staff about how his order wasn't ready yet. He was like "I've been waiting for a whole two minutes what's taking so long" and kept showing his phone to all employees. Not sure why he is a door dasher if he lacks patience. Anyways, again employees remained professional and continued greeting new people upon arrival. Finally it was our turn! We ordered two customized ice creams which were fully packed and had a good amount of mix ins, the gentlemen helping us was extremely friendly and so was the young lady. They both asked us how our night is going and were extremely friendly! We sat down inside the shop and had our icecream! The tables were clean even though the were busy and they had good family music playing in the background. Overall I would rate our experience a 10/10. I applaud the employees for keeping there cool whilst dealing with a bunch of BS“
“Food and Boba were delicious as always! We waited a little longer for our food, come to find out, they accidentally gave our order to someone else. They apologized and gave us some complimentary boba and food for our next visit. Definitely earned our business even more and we will not be going anywhere else for our boba fix. Great job PLB team!“
