This is one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while! & the crinkle cut fries are huge and seasoned well! I will be coming back to try other items off the menu. “Great place to eat and get quality food. Everything is fresh daily and sandwiches are more than you can eat. Customer service is excellent and everyone is very friendly. They take pride in everything they do. The owner is friendly and makes sure that everyone is satisfied. The place is clean and music is great. They are now open until 6pm Monday thru Friday and 3 on Saturday. They even do catering which is great. If you are ever in Benicia make sure you stop by. I had the best experience with my family there. They even have kids meals and a mini meal which include a slicer fries fruit cup and drink. My kids loved it.“

“Not happy. I waited for 45 minutes in the area to order this before opening. The app said it would be done at 9:20. Then they opened and approved the order and then it said 9:35- 45. I went early at 9:32 and it was sitting there.... No notification by text or app to pick up until i was already gone and in my car. Thanks. I won't be so patient next time. I'll go somewhere else.“

Please understand I know you've been in business for a long time if I recall something around 20 years. But please understand the wealth Gap where we live has grown to an unbearable level. The Gini Index for the United States may be 0.415 - 0.425, but the Gini Index for California is 0.49, which makes it have a wealth Gap similar to Mexico, Guatemala, or Columbia. The wealth gap for San Francisco county is worse still: it stands in 2022 at 0.520- that is on par with Brazil, Belize, Kenya and Honduras. So expect the same types of mob crime and senseless crime for small amounts of money to begin happening here. 15 years ago, 20 years ago when you opened your business this was not the case at all. Gini Indices of these places; California and San Francisco County 15 years ago were 5 points lower!!! So please understand there is a desperation among the lower economic classes here that is similar to the desperation you see in Brazil. It is going to get worse unless they fix it so brace yourselves and prepare. You need to put bars on your windows or get a roll down door so they do not have access to your business. If you get a roll down door get the really good kind that they have in Brazil. We would hate to see this happen to you again.“
