“Imagine walking into a restaurant and having them know inherently what you need. This is that place. We preordered our food ahead of time and had great communication with the staff to make sure our allergies and dietary needs were met. Had a lovely tasting while enjoying our food. Also kept the kiddo entertained with Henrietta outside. If we lived closer we'd be regulars here. Do not hesitate to book and go!“

“Finally, Sebastopol has a late-night go to spot for fantastic food and great atmosphere! This is an authentic Georgian experience, complete with Georgian wines. We love the comfort food here. Very fresh and innovative! The owner is quite attentive and accommodating. I would give it 5+ stars, but the wine list is somewhat limited, primarily offering Georgian wines, which are nice but I would prefer to have some local wine to choose from as well.? They are open until 10:30 pm during the week.We will be back!“

“A simple treasure. This cafe serves food that's delicious and healthy with beautiful and fresh flavors, and great textures. I had a falafel sandwich that was out of this world. We also enjoyed the lovely and friendly service, with lots of smiles.Vegetarian options: The majority of offerings are vegetarian but there are several near items in the menu including for example, chicken and hamburgers. Indoor and outdoor seating.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, ground level, wide doorways, large bathrooms.“

“So good! I knew how good their drinks were and have heard great things about the food so we have been dying to try it. My husband and I came in on a Saturday night and had our 2 year old with us... I let the host know my 2 year old was with us and that I was unsure if it was appropriate and he made us feel SO welcome. Overall the service was amazing, the drinks are exceptional, and the food is as good as we had heard. The smash burger is a must! :)“

“My friend and I were in Occidental CA. Wanting to go to Bodega Bay 1/2 drive for lunch at the Fisherman's Cove, the place that people rave about. Now I know why LOL. A really cute place with both indoor, patio seating and stools by a counter to look out at the bay. We arrived around 3:30 PM and got super lucking with parking. A car was pulling out as we entered. When you walk in, it's like a country store, that serves food. Menu is on the wall along with a board with specials. You order and pay at the counter. You are given a number that your food get delivered to wherever you are seating. We decided on the Calamari and Chips, Dozen Raw Oysters and a couple of ice cold Lagunitas IPA. I tell you these oysters I had were so fresh, fairly big, creamy and delicious. The calamari, light, crispy and perfectly fried! We say at the window counter eating while admiring the beautiful view if Bodega Bay. Atmosphere: Off the dock seafood feel. Service: excellent. Food: excellent.“

“This place is a real gem. Wonderful teas and the cacao is extraordinary - especially the Euphoria. Just wonderful. The staff are really friendly, respectful and knowledgable. However, it is severely let down by only ONE very important thing for me... the fact that they serve swine meat. For an establishment with such an obvious wellness / spiritual underpinning, I was really shocked to see it on the menu. The most spiritually corrupting of all foods. Whether you are Jewish, Muslim or a shaman in the Amazon, pig meat is always strictly OFF the menu. And why is that?Pigs are the only animals whose organs can be transplanted into humans successfully. Their eyes are so much like ours, it's uncanny. According to cannibal tribes, humans taste like "sweet pork".That's all I'm going to say. Please guys, get swine off the menu!“

“I've wanted to go here for a long time - it's as good as they say. Lovely windy day but nice sunny seating outside. We were lucky as the wait wasn't long at all this day. A gang of gals went - several had the crab sandwich and traved about it. Several had fries - pretty good but not super crispy. I had the fish tacos - good but could have used a bit some "tang" in the slaw. I also had a bowl of their clam chowder - god but a bit more "fishy" tasting then I'm used to. but lots of yummy choices - we will be back!“

“I stopped by for lunch on a sunny day and this was a home run. The Hitchcock wink just gilds this very pleasant spot. The Birds sits right off the water with multiple levels of scenic, outdoor seating wrapped around the little kitchen where you order and pick up. Pass the single stall bathroom, and you'll find an adjacent building set up as a coffee shop. The menu is simple, but effective. Fish Tacos: Loved them. The fish has a light, crisp batter. They're served with shredded cabbage, fresh pico de gallo, and an avocado sauce on top. Two hearty tacos to an order and so good. Artichoke Fritters: I know this is county fair food, but I loved these. I thought they might be heavy, but they were actually pretty crunchy, frilly, and delicate. They're good with the ranch on the side and a little hot sauce. The portion is honestly giant which is fun. I took my leftovers home and enjoyed them again that night!“

“This is one of my favorite places to eat in all of California. Definitely a place fit for a foodie and fit for someone who simply loves good food. Kendra the owner creates the most flavorful, delicious food from the most fresh, nutrient-dense ingredients. All of her sandwiches and fries are delicious. I love her steak. I love her veggies. She's an absolutely angel of a human. I also love bringing my son to play at the Barlow nearby.“

“We've been excited to try Huria's pizza for a while now and finally got the chance this weekend while visiting the area. The pizza was delicious, but I have to say it's the chocolate cake I will be dreaming about! That was maybe the best piece of cake I've ever had! Hurrah to the Huria family! “Everything on menu is perfection, excellent food. The creativity of this place is nice to see, the family loves their business and it shows. We have eaten here for years, we both had the Carne Asada Steak with Cancun burrito dinner. The dinner, the steak is large and the large shrimp are cleaned and the burrito so huge with these great flavors and the onion and spices chopped so finely but still have a bit of bite and crunch. And there are chilis that have been roasted on the plate and it is just beautiful. You get your choice of a spinach tortilla soup or this amazing salad which has green and orange tortillas on top of it with this fantastic dressing. And it comes with flour or corn tortillas. It is a huge dinner, cooked perfectly with so much food, you can't eat it all, you are almost full after the soup and salad. No lard is used in their delicious refried beans or on anything they serve. And chips salsa and beans arrive when you first sit down.“

“Driving through Occidental looking for lunch and saw the El Mariachi Café so we stopped in and had a meal! I had the huevos rancheros so simple and delicious, the fresh eggs cooked perfect! My son had chicken enchilada Verde and he loved his lunch as well! Nice and well kept out door dinning, clean and well maintained bathrooms. Appeared to be a two person operation and they we're doing a really good job! Highly recommend and will return for a meal?“

“Delicious food, great service, and again DELICIOUS FOOD. Stopping here is a must if you love authentic nepalese cuisine! ?Also I did see some reviews about it being pricey. I totally disagree. You get a lot for what you pay.I selected the Chicken Tiki Masala at I believe around $20 and that came with soup and my choice of brown or white rice. I also ordered a side of naan at maybe $4-$5 and there was more than enough leftover to have for dinner later on. You get more than what you pay for is all I’m saying, given the quality and quantity of food served. All in all it was about $20-$30 per person with a drink.“

“Celiac Safe! This restaurant is delicious. The service is excellent, food amazing, the drinks epic. I have celiac disease which requires strict gluten free preparation of my meal. Ramen Gaijin is totally on top of their gluten free protocols that this place is an excellent choice for anyone with a gluten allergy. Also our waiter was so knowledgeable on gluten free eating, he made us feel so comfortable ordering. I had the best Old Fashion I've ever had. They use an in house made "spiced sugar" that took the bitterness away and the drink was delicious. The restaurant has outdoor seating, so bring your dog. I truly appreciate when a restaurant takes my gluten allergy seriously and provides me delicious food in a safe environment.“

“Mostly wonderful, latte as really should be albeit too big. Nice fun atmosphere and nice good staff. Beware things called French. Seems like they add that word to the worst thing on the menu to help it sell when they really should just leave it off the menu.“

“This is another family run 1950's style burger joint with a twist, in that they use Ninman Ranch beef. The same beef used in many higher end restaurants. I'm not sure if it's really that much better, other than it's certified humane, and used by chipotle grill. My order was a double cheeseburger with mushrooms, a order of onion rings, with a Mexican Mandarin orange soda. The burger was good at about 8oz, but not exceptional. The onion rings were very good, but not very many in the order. What can be said about a Mexican orange soda? Other than all Mexican sodas are pretty good. But the price point at $32 is bit high. So at $35 with a small tip, you have to not be just good, but exceptional. Don't get me wrong I like the place, and I like the family that runs it. The parents run it in the morning, and the kids have the afternoon and evenings. So if there is a big reason for me to return, it would be to support a small family run business.“

“The food was beyond delicious! I have had bad ceviche so I was worried it wouldn't taste great but it was heavenly. It had the right amount of spicy, tenderness, and juice. The tostada was to die for, the thick mole sauce on top made it 10x better. The service was quick and easy. Was able to sit outside because of warm weather and it was beautiful. You are surrounded by nature and it was calm, almost made me want to stay after my meal was done. I will say they are a bit pricey, everything costed nearly $60 and although it is not pictured, their horchata is a must. If you are in the area definitely check them out! I will come back here again.“

“This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the US! you MUST come here. It mig. This is a very cute, little restaurant off the side of the road, it might look unassuming, but it is some of the BEST Mexican food you will eat. Parking There's a little parking lot right infront of the restaurant. There aren't a lot of parking spaces but there's always at least one available! Ambiance The restaurant is so cute! It is small and has tons of cool art on the walls. The restaurant has a very nice calm and causal vibe, which is so so nice. Service The service is 10000/10 amazing! The owner is the sweetest most warm, genuine woman you will ever meet. She is so kind and generous and makes you feel so welcome as soon as you walk in the door! She is attentive and provides extremely fast service and even better conversation! You can tell she works hard and genuinely cares about serving amazing food and connecting with people. Her Mexican food is unbelievable, and she also cooks Persian food from time to time! The other staff are amazing as well, I have never had a bad experience here - everyone is extremely nice and friendly and you will get your food immediately because their service is super fast! Food The food is AMAZING. It is some of, if not the best Mexican food I've had in the US. I usually get the Carnitas Super and the Carnitas Tropical Burritos. The carnitas in the burrito are PERFECT and the best I've ever tasted - it is so charred, salty, savory and just the best texture and flavor you will ever have. The refried beans and rice are sooooo soft and fluffy and savory. The white beans in the tropical burrito are soft and chewy and add the best flavor combo with the chipotle apple salsa and corn. The Carnitas Tropical is a must try burrito! The chipotle apple salsa provides the most amazing sweet flavor that balances the salty carnitas so perfectly. They also serve complimentary salsa and chips with every order - the habanero salsa is spicy and SOOOO good that I always order a pint of it to go. They offer the most unique Mexican food that I guarantee you have never tried and they have tons of Vegan and Vegetarian options that are equally as good! Their desserts are also to DIE for...the flourless, vegan chocolate lava cake is insane. You must get this. It is so chocolaty and decadent and you can't tell it is vegan. The cheesecake, cakes and flans also look amazing, but I have yet to try. Overall This is a must try restaurant and one of my favorite of all time. The location, service, ambiance, and most of all the food, are all amazing and make the perfect experience. I will always love Viva Mexicana, and I'm sure you will too!“

“Their burritos are delicious and pretty hefty, which I appreciate. We took the food away, but the restaurant is best described as a beach shack and I mean that in a good way. They have outdoor seating as well. They have a little salsa stand so you can take as much as you want.“

“Saw good reviews about the boat house and stopped by here on our road trip down Highway1. They did not disappoint! Staff were attentive and ordering was fast. Their calamari and grilled oysters were the best! Who would have known grilling oysters with ketchup would taste divine? The crab cake sandwich was juicy and tasty. We had to order a small bowl of clam chowder because the reviewers recommended it and it was also good. If you are driving on Highway 1, please make sure to drop by. You will need good food to enjoy the wonderful view“
“Good selection of beers and some non-alc options like root beer and lemonade. Almost empty on a weeknight. BIG space, great for parties and large groups. Bathrooms, and both indoor/outdoor spaces. Have some outdoor games like corn hole and giant connect 4. Really nice that they let you bring food from elsewhere to eat with your drink there. They sell cool merch as well. Staff was really nice.“

“This place is exceptional. The miso soup is usually an afterthought at many places, but it really shines here. We got a variety of rolls, including some daily specials (California roll topped with Eel was a stand out) and some standby rolls. The Carburetor roll, while not the most appetizing name is worth ordering. My favorite roll at any sushi restaurant is Salmon Skin, and this was probably the best I have had almost anywhere. Little bits of nicely seasoned belly meat and crispy skin were honestly the star and everyone at the table really liked it. The pink lady was the only roll that didn't rock me, but the quality of the tuna in there was undeniably good I had just never tried the soy wrap and I missed the seaweed flavor. All in all fantastic quality and price. Would recommend.Vegetarian options: Vegan rolls and specials abound with a few other options.Parking: Small on site lot, on street parking.Kid-friendliness: There were plenty of kids in there early. No kids menu, but they had some kid friendly rolls like fried chicken and veggie rolls.“

“Stunningly cute spot in Sebastopol, as a chef I’m always excited to find a small hidden gem and this was the gem I’ve been looking for in Sonoma county for a long time now. Do not expect the fast chaos of most Sonoma county restaurants. This place is small, quite and the experience you want when you think of amazing food in Californias foodie heaven.“
“Crooked Goat is my favorite beer bar in the Barlow. They always have a tasty variety of beers on tap. Also 100% dog-friendly so fine to bring your pooch. Often, there can be a pretty energetic social scene here with young peole having fun, watching sports, playing games, or live music. What is my favorite beer? GRAIN & BLOOD -- BLOOD ORANGE DIPA -- 9.7% ABV DIPA brewed with fresh blood orange and dry hopped with Mosaic, Amarillo, Citra and Simcoe. It is a winner.“

“Great little caual seafood spot right on the harbor of Bodega Bay! Ginochios was exactly what I was expecting it to be with a no frills atmosphere serving up tasty food in a beautiful location. This place is certainly worth a visit if you find yourself in the area. Service: We were greeted by a friendly woman behind the counter when we entered. She made some light banter and explained what they were out of, but nothing really worth mentioning here. We went right at 11am when they transition from breakfast to lunch and they let us order from either menu. You order at the counter and they give you a buzzer which notifies you when your food is ready to pick up. Food: The high point of the experience! I ordered the Crab Sandwich and a side of fries and it was all pretty well above average. The sandwich was toasted on the outside with a nice crunch, while the crab inside was creamy, with great crab flavor and a hint of citrus. Not sure how they make it but it seemed to be their specialty and I would recommend it. Nothing too special about the fries but they were nicely seasoned with a good crisp. In general the prices are a little high for the style of food they are making, but I would say my meal was worth the money. Note, I went with 3 other people and they got Fried Egg Sando, Bacon Burrito, and Fish Tacos. None of them were too happy with their food, so I think your experience may vary depending on what you order. Do yourself a favor and order the Crab Sandwich. Ambiance: Again, nothing special here, but there are a variety of seating options depending on the weather and your preferences. When we visited it was a sunny day without much wind, so we sat on some benches in front of the restaurant. There is also indoor seating as well as outdoor seating within a courtyard which is protected by walls and windows in case it is windy.“

He got huevos rancheros and I got the divorced chicken fried steak Benedict, which was chicken fried steak on a biscuit with 1 half of it smothered with gravy and the other half with hollandaise sauce. The were times that the was competition between the two bands only for short period of time. My friend and I shared the tacos and some fries. There were four tacos too fish tacos, and two with meat. The fish tacos were very, very good and had a really good flavor. The meat tacos, which I think might've been pork or a little on the side but tasty. The tables were comfortable enough, but there weren't enough seating for everybody that was there due to the people were listening to. Our waitress was very good and quick“

“First time coming here as the Round Tables in Santa Rosa have completely fallen apart. Pizza ready on time and looks great! One problem, I am pretty sure I got thin crust, not regular. The taste is just not the same... I believe a couple dining in at the restaurant (mine was takeout, looked at toppings before leaving, never expected a crust problem) had same thing happen. Nice staff. Disappointed but will try again.“
“What a lovely tasting experience! Each of offerings in the tasting was delicious - I left with two bottles of rose! More importantly, it was a restorative and relaxing experience. I came out to Sebastopol for some solo time away from the craziness kids and work life. Connie was such a warm and welcoming presence as she came by with her each new pour.
