The ice cream flavors here are INSANE and I was obsessed with them. They describe them as artisan Thai gelato and there are flavors I'm sure you can't get anywhere else. I stopped by their booth at the Thai Temple on a Saturday. A sweet little boy in front of us was with his mom, waiting as they made his Special - a waffle bowl with sticky rice, topped with 1 or 2 scoops of ice cream, and then sprinkled with toasted coconut & coconut sugar. The first time I went to Smorgasburg, nothing caught my eye except the funky, creative flavors of Moom Maam's gelato.
