I do come to this location often, I'm not sure why they have a bad rating. The food is always good, sometimes I get the butter crossaint. I often get a half caffeinated americano with blonde espresso. Everyone here is very friendly, and the service and price is always on point.
One of the cleanest nicest bucks in the Valley. It's close to Valley hospital so they are always busy, plus the hospital has one inside as well. Order with the app and get coffee in a snap!This strip mall was recently updated and has lots of yummy new things to eat, relax, shop and enjoy. Hard core coffee peeps will love this holiday treat! I live the iced matcha year round, hey its LA people!Forever Sunny, even Santa wears board shorts and Rudolph wears sunglasses.

One of my favorite locations. Spacious yet cozy if you wish to stay and sip and snack. Plenty of outlets if you wish to stay and recharge or work on that epic novel. Clean and well organized, with friendly accommodating baristas who provide fast service. An abundance of outdoor seating as well. Aaaand prices lower than at some much inferior locations (see my review on the Valley Village 4800 Laurel Canyon location). Aaaaand plenty of parking! Aaaaaand a drive-through!
