“I tried their gyro sandwich from their food truck in Hollywood last night. Even though it was listed on the menu as "beef," I was told it was actually a beef-lamb blend. I called an Uber right after I received my food and finished it right when the driver arrived... 4 minutes later. The sandwich totally hit the spot. The meat was spiced well and the sauce was flavorful but did not drown out the taste of the meat. Under normal circumstances, I don't believe this is a $15 sandwich, but it was worth it at the time. “We are visiting from Montreal where we are used to good food and fine cuisine. I did some research and wanted to try an authentic Persian restaurant with my family. My daughters and I were greeted warmly by the lovely hostess and within minutes the owner, Ali came to welcome us! He is a warm charming man and treated us to the most amazing Gheimeh Bademjoon with Tadig on the house. We had the Kabeb Kobideh and the boneless chicken and Ghormeh Sabzi. They were all exceptionally good and the service was top notch. It was lovely to be in a Persian restaurant with the warmth that is typical of the culture! We now have a favorite place in LA!! “The cook/clerk who I think was the owner was very nice. He had to do everything himself so we waited until he was done cooking the previous orders to take ours. The lomo saltado was really good and we got extra fries. The gyro was also good. He gave us lots of sauces on the side. He was wearing a mask and I felt comfortable and safe with his food. Tasted good and yummy is a win win.“
