“First tacos in LA and these didn't disappoint! Al pastor tacos were really delicious and served with great showmanship. Great selection of self serve toppings. Tacos were 2.50 each. There's a big line but it moves fast and there are a few stools around a long table to eat at. Highly recommend!“

“This is on the upper end of Taco food trucks, but it’s absolutely worth the price. I had the shrimp tostada and the mahi mahi taco. Both were excellent. I walked away from that truck promising myself I come back again.Really good food and worth a hike, would recommend driving and eating out of your trunk.“
“Super fun and lively vibe and incredibly nice staff. Patio is dog friendly which is a major plus. Honestly my favorite thing about this restaurant is the tortilla they give you when you sit down - none of the food I've ordered has measured up to that level of deliciousness! That said it's all been solid and would definitely recommend if you're in the area.“
“Just got done eating dinner here. I chose it based on the menu and the proximity to our hotel. So glad we tried it out! The service was spectacular! Everyone was super friendly and we didn't have to ask or wait for anything. There was always someone there checking on us or bringing us beverage refills. The place itself is cute. I love restaurants that are in old houses. I have to say it is a little loud. Not the best for conversation. The table side guac was soooo good! I had the 3 taco combo with beef. I thought the beef needed more flavor. It was kinda dry too. the refried beans and rice were also just ok. The hubby got a chicken quesadilla with rice and pinto beans and soup. His meal was so good! I wish I had gotten that. The chicken tortilla soup was really good. Definitely homemade. I could have actually just eaten a bowl of that and been happy. The prices were fair. Despite my meal not being the best, I still think they deserve 5 stars. I'd go back, just would order differently next time.“
“Tocaya is so cute inside and out and the food is great. It is modern Mexican and a lot of it is super healthy, but don't let that stop you, it is also fantastic. The service is nice and friendly. They are there for you and they get your order right. The place is always so clean. You can have it delivered or do take away or dine in. We like to to dine in. It is just a very relaxing place. Our favorite thing at Tocays is their bowls. I love the taco salad, which is gluten free and has achiote chicken, kale & romaine, avocado, grilled corn, roma tomatoes, black beans, cabbage, red onions, tajin tortilla strips, cilantro, queso oaxaca and a wonderful roasted poblano dressing. Their kale and quinoa bowl is also super yummy with adobo tofu, organic baby kale (lots of it), quinoa salad, garbanzo beans, lime pepita seeds, lima beans, pico de gallo, sliced avocado (add more please), vegan chipotle jack & red wine vinaigrette. Their tacos and chips are also great. We like their salmon taco with charred tomatillo rice, lime crema, serrano frita salsa, and cilantro. Now the tacos are pretty small so you will want a few. Also try the tinga taco with chicken tinga, crispy fried onions, and lime pepita mole. This one is spicy so if you are not a fan of spice order something else. They also have super burritos. We just love this place.“
“Awesome Westside taco stand with grilled and beer battered fish, shrimp and calamari tacos/burritos/quesadillas/mulitas. They're located in Venice on Lincoln Blvd at Palms Blvd across from the 7-Eleven and Staples. They're open only Friday and Saturday nights, as the chef's main job is grilling those fine burgers at Hinano Cafe. Parking is easy in the lot behind the building where they set up. The seafood items are very good. They're grilled or deep fried to order in front of you. They can put together a nice Ensenada-style fish taco for you, with a good light beer batter. I prefer the grilled shrimp and calamari tacos. The cheesy shrimp burrito is another delicious item. They have pollo and asada for non-seafood proteins, and offer a surf 'n turf burrito if you like. No pastor trompo or cazo of carnitas or suadero here; you're here for the seafood, anyway. Service is excellent, the staff are super friendly. This is my favorite Mexican seafood stand on the Westside.“
“Clutch in Santa Monica delivered a delightful Taco Tuesday experience! While the shrimp and fish tacos didn't quite hit the mark for me, the Gringa taco stole the show with its delicious hard shell and flavorful fillings. The burger with fries and pulled pork sandwich also received positive reviews from others in our group. The customer service was exceptional, with attentive staff ensuring a nice dining atmosphere. We sipped on refreshing frescas that perfectly complemented our meal. Opting to sit outside, we enjoyed comfortable seating and soaked in the ambiance of Santa Monica. Overall, Clutch offers a fantastic dining option with great food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere.“

“I'm beyond excited to have the staple back in the neighborhood. Oscar has out done himself yet again bringing together truly authentic Mexican sabor (flavor) with a slight modern twist. I recommend the Asada torta or mamas Baja fish tacos, in all reality you really can't go wrong with anything you order“
“From start to finish Teddy’s was a 10/10. I got the deluxe plate and was not disappointed in the least. Everything was made to perfection and the consume was wonderful. The salsa had the perfect kick to it and you can’t beat the staff and ambience. I unfortunately am only visiting the area so I’ll just have to dream about eating their tacos on repeat.“
