“I brought my coworkers here a few weeks ago for a company team lunch and everyone had a great time and really enjoyed the food! The portions were large and plentiful, so much so that we were super full and still had leftovers to take home. My favorite dish was the kale salad, which was surprisingly flavorful. The pizzas were also great!I contacted OSPI ahead of time to make a large party reservation, opting for the lunch time prix fixe menu. The whole process was super smooth, and they were very helpful in helping me choose appropriate dishes based on the dietary restrictions of our group (we had vegetarians and gluten free people, both of whom were accomodated). My only critique is that the food took quite a while to come out at the start. I expected it to be out sooner since we had a reservation and had ordered a fixed menu, but after being seated, we still had to wait a decent amount, so we were quite hungry. After that, the pacing of the meals could've been slightly faster, but it's understandable because of the large party servings. Otherwise, service was great.Unfortunately I was too distracted eating to take pictures! The food was delicious!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free“
“One of my favorite Venice spots! The food is delicious, the service outstanding. Absolutely have the ricotta crostini with the gluten free bread (trust me) and the raw Brussels sprouts salad.Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free options and knowledgeable staff“
“First off, I'd like to say this is a beautifully styled restaurant. From its name to the menu design and the overall atmosphere. So artistic and unique. A place to truly relax and enjoy the california lifestyle to the fullest. And the food matches up. Everything we ordered was incredible. We ordered their burger, steak, asparagus, stuffed hashbrown, burnt cheesecake, and a few drinks. It was all fantastic!“
“Wow! Wow! Wow! ? Absolutely yes ?? The food is absolutely phenomenal. It’s is fresh, flavorful and vibrant. I tried most of the tacos and all of them are top tier!!! Customer service was refreshing and responsive!!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY SUGGEST THIS WONDERFUL SPOT.Vegetarian options: Cauliflower tacos are sooo delicious ?“
“We love this restaurant. We went several times but recently we asked to reserve for our family (4) and the staff refused the reservation as “this is not what we want for the restaurant”. So I would not recommend for family. Apart from this very poor comment, we have had excellent service every time we went there.“
“A high quality spot right off the boardwalk. The pastas and steak were fantastic. The menu always has new items worth trying. The staff are friendly, know the menu inside and out, and have great suggestions. The squash blossoms are a go-to appetizer but honestly everything is good. I noticed a few customers had dietary restrictions and the staff came out with a menu marked with notes to help them order. Super nice!Vegetarian options: Can ask staff for custom orderDietary restrictions: Can order custom - they will mark the menu with what they can accommodateParking: Limited parking with free street and valet nearbyWheelchair accessibility: All one level with ramps“
“Lovely vibe and worth checking out. Truffle Brussels and fried olives were highlights. The burger with cheese and the steak frites were good but not exceptional. The sundae was fun and tasty. Cocktail menu is comprised of fun riffs on classics.“
“The very first time at Zinque, and the experience was good. Since we were there early enough, we simply walked up to place an order and pay before finding a table. We found a comfortable booth while waiting for our food. We picked one item each from the display and shared. The food was tasty. Later on, we used a QR code at the table to place another order. This was simpler!! We ended up staying there for five hours without any disturbances. There were many others who seemed to be working while enjoying a cup of coffee while others were enjoying quick lunch. Now that we know how it works, we would definitely return to try other signature dishes.“
“I might be aging myself (again) but I do remember when Mondays were @ the Whaler, Temple Tuesdays in Hollywood, Clinic on Wednesdays (still going strong), um, Thursday was I think re-group and get ready for THE WEEKEND. Sunday Sessions turn into a CRITICAL MONDAY (rinse, repeat). This, for me, was 2015/2016.“
“We came here for dinner. When we arrived, they seated us at a very, very low table (like to our knees) right next to the crowd at the bar. They didn’t have any other tables to switch to, and because of the noise and the fact that we wanted to eat real food, we considered leaving. We decided to stick it out and thankfully the food made up for it!!! We ordered the eggplant, the potatoes, the buffalo cauliflower, the olives, and the octopus. I would highly recommend ALL of them, except maybe the octopus. It was good and I liked the combination of flavors, but it was more large meaty chunks of octopus when I typically prefer more thin and crispy. Overall, the food was fantastic.“
“Celebrated my birthday on a Wednesday, 2nd time in a row. Cool spot, great outdoor area, with heat lamps. Friendly staff, cool music.Downsides, no food aside from hot dogs and only street parking.Vegetarian options: None, no foodParking: No lot, only busy street.Kid-friendliness: It's a bar so no!Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs so good!“
“Fun bar for live music on the weekends. Check their website and Instagram for details of who is playing. Music is high energy, with their house band playing cover songs with lots of brass. A very good time. Come early as the line gets long and it's quite crowded inside.“
“Came across this restaurant while visiting from the desert. If I lived closer I'd come here at least once or twice a week. The food is superb - very creative, something I'd expect in Mexico City...NOT your standard chips & salsa Mexican style. I'd give it 5 out of 5 - maybe they'll open in Palm Springs! Friendly, helpful servers guided our choices - thanks!“
“Amazing Caesar salad! Great flavor and depth to the dressing in a generous portion with just the best crunchies. Def one of the better ones we have had here in LA. Burger was whatever, not the best and not worth $20+ - don't recommend. Outdoor patio was incredibly beautiful and service was fantastic.Parking: free neighborhood parking around the area before the beach main streets or valet $$$“
“I'm from the East Coast. Was visiting and popped in on a random Sunday night. Jordan was our bartender. When I tell you, he made beautiful drinks, gave us great service, and just kept the energy high! They have a spacious layout with a diverse crowd. I felt welcome and had a lot of fun. Thank you Jordan!“
“visited the rose for brunch on a sunday around 1pm, and overall had a nice experience. it's a cute spot (loved that we got to sit outside) and the menu has some great selections. the biscuits were a highlight for me -- super flaky and buttery with coarse sea salt on top. and loved the seasonal raspberry lemonade! the lemon ricotta pancakes were just okay, and pretty pricy in my opinion. would love to go back and try the baked goods in their pastry case, which looked divine!“
“One of the best dining experiences that we've had so far! The restaurant is a smaller more intimate restaurant but had a very nice clean esthetic. My favorite of the meal was the spincione focaccia bread, stuffed squash (fiori di zucca), and the orrechiette pasta. Our server was very knowledgeable of the entire menu and guided us on how much to order. We ended up getting a round of drinks, 7 plates of food, and 2 desserts and the bill came out to ~$400 for our party of 4. Well worth the value of food we got and everyone felt perfectly satisfied after dinner. The food was so delicious, I can see why this place is so popular. We will definitely be visiting again.“
