I know absolutely nothing about wine, yet the people I talk to on the phone to make my order, are always amazingly polite, professional, and proficient (lots of Ps there lol) My family loves the gifts, the wines are always great, shipping is easy and the packing is always really nice. California Wine Club is an awesome service, but what is really amazing is the Olive Oil! I'm a Olive Oil connoisseur and this is THE BEST I've gotten my hands on, I use it for everything cooking and food related! 5 STARS to the California Wine Club!
I went on their website to order a gift before they actually opened and just couldn't get the purchase done (all my fault). I called when they opened and got Tasha and I was her first caller. I explained my situation and she immediately started to fix it but then their power grid went down and I lost all communication with her.
