It's a real hit or miss with this location. Sometimes it's the employees behavior that ruins our visit and sometimes it's the food. In my opinion both food and customer service should be as good as the other. When the food is good it's real good and when it's bad it's bad bad. Fries sometimes are raw or too overcooked and when you ask nicely for new ones they make you feel like you did something wrong. The service was not it took forever and dismissed our order like if they gave it to us and just had it sitting there getting cold and I asked for a bit of extra mayo and they did this and I know it’s on purpose cus who puts this much on a sandwich? because too my sandwich was dripping of mayo like I understand I order a bit extra but that’s doing too much. Everyone i come here, I feel I am still at home. All of the staff here make sure my order is correct and with extra sauce and onions. Angie at night, runs the store firm but fair and her staff is better for the environment. The food is always fresh and hot. This location attached to a gas station, but it should expand into that space for a bigger store. If you need a traditional BK experience. This is it.
